Հայտնի է, որ ձմռանը մարդկանց պակասում է արեւի լույսը, ինչին էլ բերում է ապատիայի, քնկոտության, առավոտյան դժվարանում է արթնանալը։ Զարթուցիչը զանգում է, սակայն արթնանալու տրամադրություն չկա, փորձում ենք հնարավորինս երկար անկողնում մնալ։ Past.am-ը ներկայացնում է 7 խորհուրդ, որոնք կօգնեն առավոտյան հեշտ արթնանալ։

Ձգվեք։ Անկողնուց միանգամից վեր կենալ չի կարելի։ Նախքան վեր կենալը մի լավ ձգվեք, ժպտացեք, ու մտածեք, որ ձեզ լավ օր է սպասվում։

Հեռու դրեք զարթուցիչը։ Սովորաբար զարթուցիչի ձայնը լսելով մենք վերցնում ենք, անջատում ու նորից քնում։ Իսկ եթե այն հեռու լինի, ստիպված պետք է վեր կենաք, գնաք ու անջատեք, հետեւաբար քնելու ցանկությունը կանցնի։

Զարթուցիչի վրա ոչ թե սուր, ծակող ձայն դրեք, այլ հաճելի երաժշտություն։ Անկողնու կողքին հաճելի հոտով յուղեր դրեք, օրինակ՝ նարինջի հոտով, այն կազդուրող, առողջացնող հատկանիշ ունի, կօգնի հեշտ արթնանալ։

Սուրճ խմեք։ Սա իհարկե, հայտնի մեթոդ է։ Սակայն ավելի լավ կլինի, որ երեկոյան սուրճը լցնեք թերմոսի մեջ ու դնեք անկողնում մոտ։ Առավոտյան անկողնում մի բաժակ սուրճ խմեք, նոր վեր կացեք։

Դուշ ընդունեք։ Վեր կենալուց հետո դուշ ընդունեք, նախընտրելի է գոլ ջրով։ Սա նույնպես կօգնի հեշտ արթնանալ։

Նարնջագույն պատեր։ Նարնջագույնն օգնում է միշտ թարմ լինել, սենյակի պատերը կամ գոնե մի հատվածը նարնջագույն ներկեք, որ աչքերը բացելուն պես նայեք։ Կամ կարող եք նարջնագույն նկար պատից կախել։

Հիշեք, որ շատ կարեւոր է պառկել քնելու ոչ շատ ուշ, քնելուց առաջ օդափոխեք սենյակը եւ քնելուց առաջ թունդ ըմպելիքներ մի օգտագործեք։
