Մենք Ձեզ համար ունենք լավ և վատ նորություններ: Ահա վատ նորությունը. պանիրը առաջացնում է կախվածություն: Լավ նորությունը՝  սնունդի մեջ մեծ քանակությամբ պանիր օգտագործողները գտնել են իրենց արդարացումը:

Միչիգանի համալսարանի գիտնականների հետազոտությունները ցույց են տվել, որ որոշ տեսակի սնունդներ առաջացնում են կախվածություն: Հետազոտությունների ընթացքում 500 ուսանող  չափել են իրենց կախվածությունը սնունդից:

Հետազոտությունների համաձայն՝ առաջին տեղը զբաղեցնում է պիցցան:

Սակայն, ինչպես պարզվում է, միայն բույրն ու համը բավական չեն պիցցան առաջին տեղում դասելու համար, իրականում հարցը պանրի մեջ է:

 Կաթի մեջ պարունակվում է սպիտակուց, որը կոչվում է կազեին: Մարսողության ժամանակ այն ճեղքվում է և ազատ է արձակում մի շարք օպիատներ, որոնք կոչվում են կազոմորֆին: Նրանք գրգռում են դոպամինի ռեցեպտորները և առաջացնում են հագեցվածության զգացողություն:

Քանի որ պանրի մեջ կազեինի պարունակույթյունը շատ մեծ է, այն ստիպում է մեզ կրկին ու կրկին հաճույք ստանալ: Այդ իսկ պատճառով գիտնականները պանիրը անվանել են «սպիտակ կոկաին»:

Հետազոտությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է նաև, որ մարդիկ ավելի շատ հակված են բարձր կալորեականությամբ սնունդի: Մրգերը, սև բրինձը և բանջարեղենը չեն առաջացնում այդքան մեծ կախվածություն, որքան արագ սնունդը:

Սննդային կախվածությունը  ուղղակի կապված է մարդու էմոցիոնալ վիճակի հետ։ Յուղային սնունդընուղեղում առաջացնում է որոշակի ռեակցիաներ, ինչի հետևանքով ցանկանում ենք ավելի շատ ուտել:

 Այնպես որ, եթե դուք գիշերը ժամը 3-ին գնում եք սառնարանի մոտ ինչ-որ համեղ սնունդ ուտելու համար, ապա իմացեք, որ ձեր մեջ խոսում է հաճույք ստանալու ցանկությունը: Եվ այդ սովորությունը առաջանում է տարիների ընթացքում:

Պնդել այն տեսակետը, որ մարդիկ, ովքեր պայքարում են սննդային կախվածության դեմ չունեն բավական կամքի ուժ, պետք չէ: Դա նույնն է, որ հարբեցողին մեղադրեք, ամեն օր բար գնալու և հարբելու ցանկություն համար: Այժմ մշակված յուղային սնունդ գտնելը ավելի հեշտ է, քան առողջ սնունդը: Եվ դրա մասին վկայում է մանկական ճարպակալումը:

Գիտելիքը ուժ է: Այդ իսկ պատճառով եկեք սկսենք պայքարել մեր վատ սովորությունների դեմ։ Իհարկե դա չի նշանակում վերացնել պանիրը  ճաշացանկից և սնվել միայն խոտաբույսերով: Բայց մի գուցե այս գիտելիքը ձեզ կստիպի պիցցայի 5-րդ կտորը դնել տեղը և չուտել այն:
