Ինչպես պահել արդեն պատրաստի սնունդը․ 5 կարեւոր կանոն

Շուտով վրա կհասնի «երեկվա աղցանների» ժամանակաշրջանը։ Ամանորի կապակցությամբ մեզ բազմաթիվ ու տարատեսակ ուտելիքներ ենք պատրաստում, որոնք մնում են մի քանի օր։ Իսկ ինչ անել, որպեսզի դրանք եւ չփչանան, եւ առողջությանը վնաս չտան։
Իրականում պատրաստի սնունդը կարող է բավականին երկար պահվել, սակայն հարցն այն է, թե ինչպես։ Միեւնույն ժամանակ, կան մթերքներ, որոնց բակտերիաներն ամենից շատ են սիրում, դրանք են՝ սոուսները, շոգեխաշած միսը, աղցանները, ձվով մթերքները։ Մթերքներ գնելիս մեծ ուշադրություն դարձրեք դրանց պահպանման ժամկետին, հիշեք, որ դրանք նաեւ նոր տարուց հետո եք ուտելու, հետեւաբար՝ պետք է ժամկետը երկար լինի։
Եւ վերջապես՝ հինգ կանոն, որպեսզի պատրաստի մթերքները նորմալ պահպանվեն։
Կարդացեք սառնարանի տեխանձնագիրը։ Կարդացեք եւ իմացեք, թե ձեր սառնարանի որ հատվածն է առավել սառչող, որը՝ ոչ։ Շատ սառչող հատվածում դրեք այն սնունդը, որոնց մեջ միս կա։ Բանջարեղենային եւ մրգային ուտեսները առավել տաք հատվածում դրեք, աղցանները՝ միջին։ Հետեւեք, որպեսզի սառնարանում ջերմաստիճանը լինի +1...+4, ոչ ավելի։
Ճիշտ փաթեթավորեք։ Պատրաստի ճաշատեսակների, աղցանների պահպանման համար լավագույն տարաները ապակյա, կափարիչով տարաներն են։ Կարող եք դրանք ծածկել նաեւ սննդային ցելոֆաններով։ Կտրատած երշիկեղենը նույնպես փաթաթեք ցելոֆանի մեջ կամ դրեք պլաստիկե տարաների մեջ։ Իսկ ահա չկտրած երշիկեղենը, պանիրը փաթաթեք սննդային, հաստ թղթերի մեջ։ Դրեք սառնարանը գոլ վիճակում։ Դեռեւս սովետական սովորություն կա՝ սառնարանում կերակուրները տեղավորել միայն դրանց սառչելուց հետո։ Սակայն ներկայիս տեխնիկան առավել նախատեսված է գոլ մթերքների համար, դրա համար մի սառացրեք մթերքները, նոր դրեք սառնարանը։ Կարելի է նաեւ սենյակային ջերմաստիճանի վիճակում։ Սակայն տաք կերակուրը ոչ մի պարագայում սառնարան մի դրեք, դրանցում անմիջապես տարածվում են բակտերիաները։
Մի պահեք հում միսը խաշած կարտոֆիլի կողքին։ Երբեք մի պահեք հում մթերքները արդեն պատրաստիների կողքին։ Առաջին հայացքից սա անվտանգ կարող է թվալ, սակայն իրականում խաշած կարտոֆիլը իր մեջ է ներքաշում հում մսի, հում ձկան եւ անգամ կանաչեղենի բակտերիաները։ Նույնն էլ կարելի է ասել պանրի, երշիկի մասին։
Լվացեք սառնարանը։ Հաճախ լվացեք սառնարանի թե ներքին, թե արտաքին հատվածը։ Որպեսզի բակտերաները վերանան, այն սրբեք լիմոնի հյութով կամ սոդայի լուծույթով։
Ի դեպ՝ ինչպես վարվել ապուրների հետ։ Թափեք մսով ապուրները, որոնք 2 օր եւ ավելի սառնարանում են եղել։ Բանջարեղենային ապուրները կարելի է պահել 62 ժամ։
Այլ մթերքներ՝ պինդ պանիրը պահպանվում է մոտ 2 շաբաթ, երշիկը՝ մինչեւ մեկ ամիս։ Բաց ձկնային պահածոները պահել մինչեւ երկու օր։ Լոլիկը, վարունգը, կաղամբը եւ այլ բանջարեղենը կարելի է պահել այնքան, մինչեւ չփափկեն։ Հատուկ ուշադիր եղեք լոլիկին, փչացած լոլիկը հզոր թույն է, ոչ մի դեպքում պետք չէ ուտել։ Կանաչին ջրով ցողեք, դրեք ցելոֆանի մեջ ու այդպես պահեք, այն երկար կպահպանվի։
