Զարդարել ցանկացած տեսակի ընդեղենով:
Պատրաստման եղանակները
Ջուրը եռացնել, այնուհետև ավելացնել կակաոն, լուծվող սուրճը և խառնել, որպեսզի ստացվի միասեռ զանգված և թողնել, որ սառչի: Ալյուրի հետ խառնել սոդան, շաքարավազը, աղը: Ձուն լավ հարել, վրան ավելացնել ձեթը, ապա սուրճից և կակաոից ստացված զանգվածը: Լավ խառնելուց հետո այս ամենը լցնել ալյուրի վրա և խառնել: Սպիտակուցը և 45գր. շաքարավազը շատ լավ հարել, ապա մի մասը լցնել շոկոլադե խառնուրդի մեջ, խառնել ներքևից վերև, ապա լցնել երկրորդ մասը և խառնել նույն եղանակով: Խմորը լցնել ֆորմայի մեջ, և եփել ջեռոցում 160 աստիճան ջերմաստիճանում 50-60 րոպե: Եփելուց հետո թողնել, որ սառչի: Հետո խմորը բաժանել 3 մասի:
Կրեմի պատրաստման համար շոկոլադը հալեցնել գոլորշու վրա, ապա ավելացնել սերուցքը, կարագը և լավ հարել հարիչով:
Հետո կրեմը քսել խմորի լիստերին, վերջում ամբողջ թխվածքը ծածկել կրեմով և զարդարել ընդեղենով:
