Իդեալական հարաբերություններ հանդիպում են թերեւս միայն ֆիլմերում կամ գրքերում, բայց հաստատ ոչ իրական կյանքում, եւ դրա համար բազմաթիվ պատճառներ կան։ Սակայն ամերիկացի հոգեբան Ջոն Գոթմանը պնդում է, որ հարաբերությունների խախտման 4 հիմնական պատճառ գոյություն ունի։ Հենց դրանք են, որ քանդում են հարաբերություններն ու սիրո թշնամին են։ Որոնք են այդ պատճառները։

Չափից ավելի քննադատությունը

Իհարկե, մեր սիրելիին քննադատելով՝ մենք ցանկանում ենք փոխել նրան, ավելի լավը դարձնել։ Սակայն արդյունքում հակառակ արդյունքն ենք ստանում, վիրավորում ենք նրան, ստիպում փակվել իր մեջ եւ իրեն պակաս ինքնավստահ զգալ։

Հոգեբանն ասում է, որ իհարկե պետք է դիմացինի սխալի մասին խոսել, սակայն այդ խոսակցության ժամանակ ոչ մի դեպքում չի կարելի վիրավորել նրա ես, չի կարելի չափն անցնել՝ սիրելիին քննադատելիս։

Խուսափոխական պահվածք

Խուսափողական պահվածք կարող է առաջանալ նույն քննադատությունից։ Որոշ դեպքերում զույգերից մեկը, փոխանակ խնդրին ուղիղ նայի, սկսում է խուսափողական պահվածք դրսեւորել, խուսափում է սիրելիից, նրան տեսնելուց, ինչն էլ անխուսափելիորեն բաժանման է բերում։

Լռելը խուսափոխական պահվածքի ավելի խորացված տարբերակն է։ Հաճախ զույգերը, փոխանակ ասեն իրար, թե ինչից են նեղացած, ինչ են զգում, նախընտրում են լռել, ինքն էլ նրանց միջեւ անդունդ է առաջացնում։

Հիշեք, որ յուրաքանչյուր խնդիր, հարց պարտադիր պետք է քննարկել սիրելիի հետ՝ սակայն քննարկումը վեճի չվերածելով։

Արհամարհանք

Ոչինչ այնքան արագ չի կործանում հարաբերությունները, որքան արհամարհական վերաբերմունքը դիմացինի հանդեպ։ Արհամարհական վերաբերմունքը կարող է տարբեր կերպ արտահայտվել՝ հայացքով, դեմքի արտահայտություններով, հոգոցներով եւ այլն։ Մի արեք նման բան, ուղիղ ասեք այն, ինչ ձեզ անհանգստացնում է։

Հետեւեք ձեր խոսքերին, անգամ եթե շատ ես ուզում դիմացինին վիրավորել, մի վայրկյան կանգ առեք ու մտածեք։ Միշտ ուսումնասիրեք զուգընկերոջը։ Փորեք նրա մասին ավելի շատ բան իմանալ, անգամ եթե 10 տարի է՝ ամուսնացած եք։ Հիացեք ձեր սիրելիով։ Հիացեք նրա արած ինչ-որ լավ բանով, գովեք նրան, դա լավագույն խթանն է։ Դադար վերցրեք։ Եթե զգում եք, որ շուտով կսկսեք վիճել, պարզապես 20 րոպեանոց դադար վերցրեք, գնացեք մյուս սենյակ, աշխատեք շեղվել։
