Հոգնածություն, դրանից խուսափելու միջոցները

Տարբեր մարդիկ ունեն տարբեր ֆիզիկական հնարավորություններ, ոմանք կարող ենք առանց թուլություն անգամ զգալու աշխատել, իսկ ոմանք էլ շուտ են հոգնում և դա խանգարում է ակտիվ ու աշխատունակ լինելուն:
Հոգնածությունը բոլորիս բնորոշ երևույթ է: Պետք չէ անհանգստանալ, պարզապես հարկավոր է հետևել Past.am-ի կողմից առաջարկված մի քանի կանոնների, որոնք կօգնեն ազատվել հոգնածությունից:
Նախ և առաջ աշխատեք երկար ժամանակ նույն դիրքով, հատկապես նստած, չմնալ: Նրանք, ովքեր տևական ժամանակ անցկացնում են համակարգչի առաջ, լավ կլինի, որ 30 րեպեն մեկ դադար տան, պարզապես մի երկու րոպե քայլեն: Նստելիս մի՛ կռացեք, մեջքը պետք է միշտ ուղիղ պահել, որպեսզի արյունն անարգել հասնի գլխուղեղ, այլապես հոգնածություն կառաջանա:
Աշխատեք օրվա ընթացքում շատ հեղուկներ օգտագործել, հատկապես ջուր: Այն կօգնի, որ օրգանիզմը թարմ մնա, նաև կհանի հոգնածությունը, գլխապտույտը, ինչպես նաև կօգնի ավելի սթափ լինել: Նաև կարող եք բնական, ցանկալի է, որ տան պայմաններում պատրաստված հյութեր խմել: Շատ են օգնում նաև մրգերը: Աշխատեք շատ մրգեր, հատկապես խնձոր օգտագործել: Խնձորի մեջ եղած բնական շաքարը և ածխաջրերը հավասարակշռում են շաքարի քանակությունն արյան մեջ և արագ վերականգնում ուժերը: Սննդակարգից բացի՝ շատ կարևոր է նաև ճիշտ շնչառությունը: Նստեք, ուղղեք մեջքը, փակեք աչքերը, մինչև վեցը հաշվելով խորը շունչ քաշեք, այնուհետև պահեք շունչը և դանդաղ արտաշնչեք` նորից մինչև վեցը հաշվելով: Արտաշնչելուց հետո երեք վարկյան դադար տվեք, այնուհետև նորից շնչեք նշված ձևով: Օրվա մեջ մի քանի անգամ այս վարժությունն անելուց հետո կզգաք, թե ինչպես է այն վերականգնում ուժերը և հանում լարվածությունը:
Մարմնի լարվածությունը թուլացնելուց հետո անցնենք աչքերին: Համակարգչից շատ օգտվող մարդկանց մոտ կարող է առաջանալ աչքերը չթարթելու համախտանիշը, ինչը դանդաղեցնում է ուղեղի աշխատանքը և խանգարում լավ հիշել կարդացածը: Այսպիսով, մի թուղթ փակցրեք համակարգչի առաջ, որը կհիշեցնի Ձեզ, որ պետք է թարթել աչքերը 1 րոպեում տասից քսան անգամ:
