Ատամները լվանալ սովոր են բոլորը, հաճախ սա կատարվում է պարզապես մեխանիկորեն, ինչպես անկողնուց վեր կենալը, հագնվելը, սուրճ եփելն ու թեյ թրմելը: Քչերն են մտածում՝ արդյո՞ք ճիշտ շարժումներով են լվանում ատամները, ճիշտ ատամի խոզանակ ու մածուկ են ընտրել, մանրակրկիտ մաքրել են ատամները: Իսկ հետո հայտնաբերում են արդեն ակնհայտ խնդիրներ, որոնք շտկել կարող է մասնագետը: Լավ կլինի նախապես իմանալ հաճախ թույլ տրվող սխալներն ու խուսափել դրանցից:
Ստանդարտ սկիզբ
Շատերն ատամները լվանալ սկում են միշտ միևնույն կետից, մանրակրիտ մաքրում են այդ հատվածը, հետո հոգնում ու ուշադրությունը այլ բանի վրա կետրոնացնում: Սա նշանակում է, որ մնացած հատվածներին քիչ ուշադրություն է հատկացվում և նրանք ժամանակի ընթացքում կհիշեցնեն իրենց մասին: Սրանից խուսափելու համար ամեն օր տարբեր հատվածներից սկսեք:
Ատամի խոզանակի սխալ չափ
Խոզանակ ընտրելիս անհրաժեշտ է հաշվի առնել բերանի խոռոչի չափերը: Ձեզ պետք է հարմար լինի կատարել ամենօրյա գործողությունը և ստիպված չլինեք անընդհատ բերանը լայն բացել: Ուշադիր եղեք սեփական զգացողություններին, անիմաստ է անհարմարություն զգալը:
Կեղտոտ խոզանակ
Հիշե’ք, ատամներն ամեն անգամ լվանալուց հետո անհրաժեշտ է լվանալ նաև ատամի խոզանակը, այլապես դրա վրա բակտերիաներ կկուտակվեն, որոնք հաջորդ անգամ ատամները լվանալիս կանցնեն բերանի խոռոչ:
Շարժումների սխալ ուղղություն
Եթե ջանասիրաբար լվանաք ատամները հորիզոնական ուղղությամբ, կքայքայեք էմալը: Սովորեք կարճ ուղղահայաց շարժումներ կատարելուն և խոզանակի մազմզուկները պահեք 45 աստիճանի տակ:
Կանոնավորություն և շարունակականություն
Իհարկե, ատամները հարկավոր է լվանալ օրը մի քանի անգամ: Սակայն երեք անգամից ավել խորհուրդ չի տրվում: Մեկ պրոցեդուրան պետք է տևի մոտ 2 րոպե, ոչ պակաս:
Ատամների ներքին մակերեսից խուսափելը
Լեզվին հարող հատվածի մասին ցավոք շատերը մոռանում են, իսկ այնտեղ բավական մեծ քանակով բակտերիաներ են կուտակվում: Միանշանակ հարկավոր է ուշադրություն դարձնել այս հատվածներին:
Չափազանց կոշտ խոզանակը
Այսպիսի խոզանակը վնասում է լնդերը: Ավելի լավ է ընտրել միջին կոշտության մազմզուկներ, իսկ երբեմն փափուկ :
Հին ատամի խոզանակ
Եթե ձեր խոզանակը 4 տարեկանից մեծ է, այն կարող է վտանգավոր լինել: Եթե հաճախ եք մոռանում երբ եք գնել խոզանակը, գնեք խոզանակ հատուկ գունային ինդիկատորով: Հենց գույնը մաքրվի, գնեք նորը:
