Պատրաստման եղանակը՝

Կարագն ու շաքարավազը լցնել տարրայի մեջ ու հարիչով լավ հարել: Ավելացնել ձվերը ու շարունակել հարել: Ավելացնել կաթը,  ոչ էլեկտրական հարիչով հարել, այնուհետ ավելացնել 150 գրամ ալյուր ու սոդա: Խառնել՝ աստիճանաբար լցնելով ալյուրը (կարելի է մաղի օգնությամբ): Երբ խմորն կպնդանա, դրեք սեղանինին, որպեսզի մոտ 30 րոպե «հանգստանա»:

Այդ ընթացքում պատրաստեք կրեմը: Այսպես՝ ձուն ու օսլան լավ խառնել, այնքան մինչև միասեռ զանգված ստացվի: Մի քիչ տաքացնել կաթն ու ստացված զանգվածն ավելացնել վրան: Մարմանդ կրակի վրա անընդհատ խառնել ստացված զանգվածը: Եթե կրեմի մեջ «գնդիկներ» են մնացել, ապա հարեք այն բլենդերով: Այնուհետ թողեք թող սառչի:

Այդ ընթացքում խմորը բաժանեք 4 հավասար մասերի, իսկ յուրաքանչյուր կտորը՝ ևս 5 մասի: Շատ բարակ շերտով բացեք խմորը՝ ջեռոցում դրվող տարրայի չափսով: Պատառաքաղով ծակեք, որպեսզի չբարձրանա:   180-200  աստիճանում 4 րոպե եփեք շերտերը: Այնուհետ հավասարեցրեք դրանք:

Եփած կրեմին ավելացնել մեկ տուփ եփած խտացրած կաթ: Սերուցքն ու շաքարի փոշին լավ հարեք ավելացնելով  խտացրած կաթը ու եփած կրեմից ստացված զանգվածի վրա և հավասարապես հաստ շերտով կրեմապատեք խմորի շերտերը:  Շերտերը հավասարեցնելիս ավելացած փշրանքները մանրացնել և դրանցով պատել տորթի կողքերը:
