<<Շոլոկադային դիետա>> գրքի հեղինակ դիետոլոգ Սալլի Էնն Վոքը քաղցրակերների համար մշակել է մի հիանալի սննդակարգ, երբ ամենևին էլ պետք չէ հրաժարվել շոկոլադից: Այս դիետայի հաջողության գաղտնիքը հենց շոկոլադն է: Ցանկացած դիետայի ժամանակ շոկոլադը պարզապես հակացուցված է, ինչը այս շատ համեղ ու անհասանելի քաղցրավենիքը ավելի ցանկալի է դարձնում: Եվ երբ դու այլևս չես դիմանում այս քաղցր գայթակղությանը, կործանվում է մի ամբողջ շաբաթվա դիետայի ծրագիր:
Իսկ այս դեպքում հնարավորություն ունես ներառել քո սիրելի քաղցրավենիքը սննդակարգում և միևնույն ժամանակ նիհարել: Սրանից էլ լավ բան :
Դիետան սկսելուց առաջ հաշվի առ, որ օրական կալորիանների չափաբաժինը պետք է կազմի 1100 կկալ և ոչ ավելին:
Դե՛ ինչ, նախաճաշը սկսում ենք մրգային աղցանով, շիլայով կամ մեկ բաժակ անյուղ կաթով: <<Լանչին>> կարող ես ուտել ելակ, յոգուրտ և 10-20 գրամ շոկոլադ: Եվ վերջապես ճաշին` խաշած ճուտիկ և բանջարեղենային աղցան:
Այս դիետան այնքան հեշտ է թվում, որ արդեն ուզում ես այն փորձարկե՞լ:
Ինչ էլ լինի, մի՛ մոռացիր նաև ակտիվ ապրելակերպի մասին: Առավոտյան թեթև մարմնամարզություն կամ արագ վազք: Շաբաթը մեկ անգամ մարզասրահ կամ լողավազան այցելի՛ր: Միևնույն ժամանակ քո սննդակարգից ժամանակավորապես վերացրու սպիրտային խմիչքները, գազավորված ըմպելիքները, սուրճն ու ծխախոտը:
Եվ նույնիսկ, եթե չես վստահում այս <<կատարյալ>> շոկոլադային սննդակարգին, բացարձակապես մի՛ հրաժարվիր շոկոլադից: Քանի որ շոկոլադը (հատկապես դառը շոկոլադը), պարզվում է, պարունակում է հակաօքսիդանտներ, որոնք օգնում են օրգանիզմից վտարել վնասակար նյութերը: Այն նաև չափազանց օգտակար է սրտի և մաշկի համար:
