Պատրաստման եղանակ
Փափկած կարագը հարել շաքարի փոշու հետ, ավելացնել ձուն և շարունակել հարել:
Ալյուրը խառնել փխրեցուցիչի հետ, ապա ավելացնել ձվային զանգվածին և հունցել փափուկ խմոր: Շատ կարևոր է. որ խմորը հունցեք շատ արագ և չափից ավել չտրորեք այն, որպեսզի ստանաք նուրբ և փխրուն: Հակատակ դեպքում խմորը կդառնա պինդ և ձգվող:
Խմորը կլորացնելով վերածել գնդի, փաթաթել ցելոֆանով և տեղափոխել սառնարան 30-40 րոպեով:
Պատրաստի խմորը անցկացնել մսաղացով՝ ստանալով երկար պարաններ, ապա հավասարաչափ փռել դրանք պերգամենտային թղթով պատված տապակի վրա:
Թխել ջեռոցում 20-25 րոպե 200 աստիճանում մինչև նուրբ ոսկեգույն երանգի առաջացումը:
Թողնել թխվածքը սառչի, ապա տեղադրել մեծ ամանի մեջ և ձեռքերով խառնելով վերածել փշրանքի: Վրան լցնել եփված խտացրած կաթը և լավ խառնել:
Ստացված զանգվածից 1-ական ճ/գդ լցնել կեքսերի համար նախատեսված թղթե ձևամաների մեջ, վրան տարածել մի քիչ հալեցրած շոկոլադ և մատուցել:
