Մեր աչքերը ոչ միայն մեր հոգու հայելիներն են: Նրանք նաև հստակ կարող են խոսել մեր անքուն գիշերների մասին, այն մասին, որ մենք երկար ենք նստում համակարգչի առջև, որ, երբեմն շատ ենք ալկոհոլ օգտագործում… Աչքի տակի մուգ գույնը և պարկերը արհեստականորեն ավելացնում են կանաց տարիքը, իսկ կոսմետիկ միջոցները ամբողջությամբ չեն ծածկում դրանք:

Տիբեթյան յոգայի վարժություններն՝ ուղղված աչքերի տակի ուռածության հեռացմանը, ունակ են լավացնել տեսողությունը և անցկացնել հոգնածությունը: Վարժությունները կատարելիս ուշադրություն դարձրեք շնչառության վրա. Խորը շնչեք և արտաշնչեք կրծքավանդակի ստորին հատվածով՝ ներս քաշելով որովայնը:
Վարժությունների կատարման եղանակը
1 Խորը շունչ քաշեք
2 Շնչելիս կենտրոնացեք աչքերի հատվածի վրա, և զգացեք տաք էներգիայի հոսք դեպի ձեր աչքը
3 Պահեք ձեր շունչը, որի ընթացքում յուրաքանչյուր ձեռքի երեք մատներով (ցուցամատ, միջնամատ, մատնեմատ) 10 անգամ սեղմեք աչքի տակի կետերը: Սեղմեք՝ առանց մաշկը ձգելու:
4 Արտաշնչելիս պատկերացրեք, թե ինչպես է աչքերից դուրս գալիս հոգնածությունը, և հարթվում աչքերի տակի այտուցվածությունը:
5 Կրկնեք այս վարժությունը հինգ անգամ, առավոտյան և երեկոյան:
