«Սուրմալու»֊ի ողբերգության «պատեհ» առիթը. լինե՞լ մարդ, թե չլինել

«Սուրմալու» առեւտրի կենտրոնում տեղի ունեցած ողբերգությունը բացահայտեց մի էական եւ կարեւոր հանգամանք, փրկարար ծառայությունն իր բոլոր թերություններով հանդերձ Հայաստանի ամենակայացած կառույցներից է։
Պայթյունից հետո առաջին շոկից հետո փրկարարները՝ Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարի գլխավորությամբ, կարողացան մոբիլիզացնել առկա սուղ ռեսուրսները, օրեր շարունակ կամավորների օգնությամբ քրտնաջան աշխատեցին, շատերն էլ հոգեբանական ծանր ապրումներ ունեցան, անձամբ տուժեցին հրդեհաշիջման եւ որոնողա-փրկարարական գործողությունների ընթացքում։
Թերեւս, այն քիչ դեպքերից էր, որ գործող իշխանություններին առանձնապես չհամակրող մարդիկ եւս արձանագրեցին պետական կառույցի աշխատանքը, կանգնեցին փրկարարի կողքին, դրվատեցին անձնազոհության համար։
Պայթյունից հետո եւ մինչ օրս, սակայն, որոշ քննադատություններ են հնչում, եւ մեծամասամբ՝ անարդարացի։ Որեւէ մեկը, ըստ էության, կասկածի տակ չդրեց արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության պրոֆեսիոնալիզմը, ողբերգությանն արագ արձագանքումը, փոխարեն մանր-մունր, ոչ էական դետալներ են գտնում, սենսացիաներ փնտրում՝ իրենց քաղաքական նախասիրություններն առաջ մղելու, եզակի աշխատող կառույցին հարվածելու համար։
Անգամ ողբերգությունը եւ դրա հետեւանքների հանրային սպասարկումը, որն իրականում լավ է իրականացվում, հայտնվել են քաղաքական ինտրիգների թիրախում, առիթ են փնտրում փնովելու, վարկաբեկելու, վնասելու։ Փոխարենը կարող էին կառուցողական քննադատություններ հնչեցնել, ներկայացնել հնարավոր թերությունները վերացնելու իրենց տեսլականը։
Եթե նախարարը քաղաքական դեմք է, քաղաքական թիմի անդամ, ապա փրկարարները, նախարարության աշխատակիցները որեւէ կապ չունեն քաղաքականության հետ, անկախ երկրի ղեկավարի ով լինելուց նրանք իրենց գործն են անելու, շարունակելու են զբաղվել փրկարարական աշխատանքներով, նեղ պահին կանգնելու են յուրաքանչյուր մարդու կողքին։
Ամբողջ աշխատանքը առցանց հեռարձակվել է, եղել են, գուցե, էմոցիոնալ դրսևորումներ, բայց ի՞նչ է դա հսկայական մարդկային ողբերգության համեմատ, որ այսպես հետևողական տարածվում ու արհեստական աղմուկ է ստեղծվում։
Ի վերջո, սեփական քաղաքական խնդիրները լուծելու համար ողբերգության պատեհ առիթը օգտագործելը եղկելի, չափազանց տմարդի երևույթ է։
