«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Արցախի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաները կարծես մրցակցության մեջ են, թե ով ավելի անհաջող արտահայտություն կանի: Մեկ՝ Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանն է հայտարարություն անում, որից հետևում է, թե Ադրբեջանի հետ համագործակցել ցանկացողները կարող են փորձել տրամադրություններ գեներացնել և վերցնել իշխանությունն ու անցնել այդ «համագործակցությանը»: Մեկ էլ՝ նրա կողմից նոր-նոր պետնախարար նշանակված նախկին գլխավոր դատախազ Գուրգեն Ներսիսյանն է հայտարարում, թե Հայաստանի և Արցախի միջև մոտեցումների որևէ տարբերություն չկա: Խոսքը հիմնականի՝ Արցախի խնդրի մասին է:
Այսինքն, կներեք, ինչպե՞ս թե՝ չկա: Այսինքն, մեկ անգամ ևս կներեք, ստացվում է, որ Հայաստանի ու Արցախի ղեկավարների մոտեցումները բացարձակապես նույնակա՞ն են: Այսինքն՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ու Արայիկ Հարությունյանի, ներառյալ՝ Գուրգեն Ներսիսյանը, մոտեցումների միջև տարբերություններ չկա՞ն: Իրո՞ք: Այդ դեպքում պարզ է, որ Արցախից մնացած բեկորի ու Արցախի հայության հետագան վերջնական կորստյան ռեալ սպառնալիքի տակ է: Գուրգեն Ներսիսյանին արժե մեկ-երկու բան հիշեցնել ու վերահարցնել: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ներկայացուցիչներից մեկն առաջարկում էր, ըստ էության, զոհաբերել Արցախի 120 հազար հայությանը, իբր՝ ՀՀ բնակչությանը փրկելու ազնիվ մղումներով: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ձայն չի հանել, այսինքն՝ նրա մոտեցումը նույնն է: Հիմա Արցախի պետնախարարն էլ է նույն կարծիքի՞ն:
Նույն մոտեցումներն իրենք ունե՞ն: ՀՀ ներկայիս ղեկավարությունը հայտարարում է, թե «միջազգային հանրությունը» Արցախը տեսնում է Ադրբեջանի կազմում, հայտարարում է, թե՝ Տեղ գյուղից այն կողմ (դեպի արևելք) ադրբեջանական տարածքներ են, գործնականում հայտարարում են, որ Արցախի հայության, Արցախի անվտանգության երաշխավոր չեն և այլն, և այլն: Իսկ թե նույն Փաշինյանը «կիրթ ու կառուցողական» Ալիևի հետ Պրագայում կամ այս վերջերս՝ Մյունխենում ինչեր է պայմանավորվել, Արցախի վերաբերյալ ինչ է «տվել-առել», դա էլ երևի միայն ինքը կիմանա: Հարց. Արցախի պետնախարարը այդ բոլոր հարցերում բացարձակապես նույն մոտեցումնե՞րն ունի:
Եթե այո, ապա այդ դեպքում նա ո՞վ է. Արցախի պետնախարա՞րն է, թե՞ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի աշխատակազմի կրտսեր ստաժոր: Եվ մինչ նա կպատասխանի (կամ չի պատասխանի) այս ու մյուս հարցերին, պետք է արձանագրել փաստը.
