Այդ դիետայի ընթացքում քաղցի զգացողությունը չի տանջի Ձեզ, քանի որ նշված մթերքները կարող եք օրվա մեջ ընդունել մեծ քանակությամբ: Իհարկե, ոչ շատ մեծ, եթե ցանկանում եք ռեալ արդյունքի հասնել:
Ինչպե՞ս նիհարել 1 շաբաթում
1. Մրգային օր
Օրվա մեջ կերեք յուրաքանչյուր տեսակի միրգ, բացի բանանից: Քաշ գցելուն ամենալավը նպաստում է ձմերուկը: Ձմերուկային օրը Ձեզ միանգամից ավելի թեթև կդարձնի:
Իհարկե, ձմերուկ պետք է ուտել սեզոնին, այնպես որ, բավարարվեք այլ մրգերով, եթե որոշել եք նիհարել հենց հիմա:
2. Բանջարեղենային օր
Երկրորդ օրն ընդունեք միայն բանջարեղեն` թարմ, եփած, շոգեխաշած: Մի օգտագործեք միայն ընդեղեն և եգիպտացորեն:
3. Բանջարեղեն + մրգեր
Բավականություն ստացեք բանջարեղենից և մրգից ամբողջ օրը: Պատրաստեք աղցան թարմ բանջարեղենից, կիտրոնի հյութով և կծու չիլի պղպեղով. դա շատ համեղ է և շատ արագ է նիհարեցնում:
4. Բանան + յոգուրտ
Մի զարմացեք. այսօր կարելի է և պետք է բանան ուտել, քանի որ Ձեր օրգանիզմը լրացուցիչ հանքանյութերի կարիք ունի, իսկ բանանի մեջ շատ կալիում կա: 1 օրվա ընթացքում Դուք կարող եք ուտել 8 հատ բանան, խմել 8 բաժակ անյուղ կաթ և օգտագործել անյուղ յոգուրտ: Ուղղակի հեքիաթ է, այլ ոչ թե դիետա:
5. Հավ + լոլիկ
Ամբողջ օրը Ձեր կերակրի օրաբաժինը կազմում է հավը և թարմ լոլիկը: Հավը կարող եք փոխարինել հնդկահավով:
Անպայման շատ ջուր խմեք. յուրաքանչյուր կերած լոլիկ պետք է կոմպենսացվի 1 բաժակ ջրով, որպեսզի օրգանիզմը մաքրվի ավելորդ աղերից և թթուներից:
6. Հավ + բանջարեղեն
Հավ և ցանկացած տեսակի բանջարեղեն` ամբողջ օրվա ընթացքում: Բնականաբար՝ առանց ընդեղենի և կարտոֆիլի:
7. Ապուրային օր
Պատրաստեք հիասքանչ ապուր, որը կարելի է ուտել ամբողջ օրը և այրել ճարպի ավելորդ գրամները:
Ապուրի բաղադրիչներն են. 2 մեծ սոխ, 1 դդմիկ, 1 քաղցր պղպեղ, լոլիկ, նեխուր և կանաչի: Եփեք ամբողջ բանջարեղենը համեմունքների հետ և պատրաստի ապուրը խփեք հարիչի մեջ:
