Որպես կանոն՝ վեճի ժամանակ հնչած խոսքերի համար զղջում ես րոպեներ, երբեմն՝ նույնիսկ վայրկյաններ անց: Երբ զայրացած ես, լեզվին կապանքներ դնելն ու ինքնավերահսկումը բարդ է։ Սակայն միշտ էլ կա մի վայրկյան, մի պահ, երբ կարող ես կանգ առնել... բայց, չգիտես ինչու, դու դա չես անում։
Խնդիրը սկսվում է...
Սովորաբար նման վարք դրսևորող մարդիկ մանկության շրջանում սիրո պակաս են ունեցել, և նրանց կարծիքը հաճախ հաշվի չի առնվել: Սա է պատճառը, որ նրանք ձգտում են սիրո և իշխանության միաժամանակ: Այսինքն՝ խնդրի խորքում ինքնագնահատականն է. եթե լինես կայացած անձնավորություն և վստահես քո արժեքային համակարգին, անընդհատ որևէ բան ապացուցելու կարիք չի լինի...
Հիշիր, որ պատերազմը հավերժ չէ

Զիջելը հեշտ չէ, մանավանդ երբ դու ցանկացած պատեհ առիթ օգտագործում ես քո ճշմարտացիությունն ապացուցելու համար: Սկսիր նրա նկատմամբ հոգատար լինելուց: Գոնե որոշ ժամանակ մի՛ փորձիր ապացուցել, որ դու «ավելի լավն» ես. չէ՞ որ նա նույնպես ունի իր անձնական տարածքը, իր հետաքրքրություններն ու մոտեցումները: Ուզում ես, չէ՞, որ նա հարգի քո տարածքը, ուրեմն դու ևս պետք է անես նույնը:
Իրավիճակ 1։ Դու մաքրասեր ու կոկիկ ես, իսկ նա ցրված ու թափթփված: Եթե նա է վերջինը դուրս գալիս սենյակից, ապա, որպես կանոն, այնտեղ քաոս է։ Ի՞նչ անել այդ դեպքում. աչք փակել այս ամենի վրա և կարգի բերել սենյակը նրա փոխարե՞ն...
Լուծում: Եթե գիտես, որ չես դիմանալու՝ նրա թափթփած գուլպաները տեսնելով, ու պոռթկալու ես, աշխատիր ուղղակի այդ պահին ինքդ քեզ որևէ բանով շեղել. զբաղվիր որևէ բանով, մի քիչ հանդարտվիր: Իսկ հետո՝ ավելի հանգիստ ժամանակ, փորձիր սիրով ու մեղմ խոսել նրա հետ (իհարկե, շա՜տ դժվար է, բայց ոչ անհնար), բացատրել, որ կցանկանայիր՝ նա փոքր-ինչ ավելի կոկիկ լինի: Իսկ երբ նա այդ ուղղությամբ քայլեր անի, պարգևատրիր գովեստով կամ գործի դիր չարաճճի երևակայությունդ...:
Իրավիճակ 2։ Նա առաջարկում է ուրբաթ երեկոն անցկացնել ոչ այն վայրում, որ դու նախատեսել ես: Դու անմիջապես չարանում ես, ընդդիմանում և պնդում գնալ քո ընտրած վայրը...
Լուծում: Արի անկեղծ լինենք. չէ՞ որ գրեթե միշտ գնում եք այնտեղ, որտեղ դու ես ցանկանում։ Ուրեմն կարելի է զիջել նրան այս հարցում: Եվ հետո, փորձիր մտածել նրա առաջարկի շուրջ. գուցե ամեն ինչ այնքա՞ն էլ վատ չէ:
Իրավիճակ 3։ Նա նորից գնացել է հանդիպման իր «այն» ընկերների հետ, որոնց դու, մեղմ ասած, չես համակրում, և ուշանում է ժամադրությունից: Երբ նա հայտնվում է, դու սկանդալ ես սարքում ու դժգոհում նրա ընկերներից, երբեմն էլ՝ վատ արտահայտվում նրանց մասին: Արդյունքում՝ երեկոն փչանում է, ու դու ոչնչի չես հասնում:
Լուծում: Այդքան քննադատաբար մի՛ վերաբերվիր նրա ընկերներին. քիչ չեն դեպքերը, երբ դուք ընկերուհիներով ժամեր շարունակ կորչում եք խանութներում ու սպասեցնում նրան: Ուստի ավելի չեզոք դիրք բռնիր և խոսիր նրա անպարտաճանաչության և ոչ թե ընկերների մասին:
