Արցախը դեմ չէ Բաքվի հետ երկխոսության, բայց հավասար պայմաններում․Դավիթ Բաբայանը՝ Փաշինյանին

Կառավարության այսօրվա նիստում Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Ստեփանակերտի գործընկերներին քաջալերեց, որ երկխոսեն Բաքվի հետ։

Պաշտոնական Ստեփանակերտից, Արցախի նախագահի խորհրդական Դավիթ Բաբայանն արձագանքում է Երևանին՝ հայտարարելով, որ Արցախը դեմ չէ Բաքվի հետ երկխոսության, բայց հավասար պայմաններում։

«Մենք միշտ դրա մասին ասել ենք, որ դեմ չենք Բաքվի հետ բանակցություններին։  1997-1998 թվականներից սկսած բանակցային ձևաչափը խախտվել է, միշտ պաշտոնական Ստեփանակերտը հայտարարել է, որ պետք է այն վերականգնել։

Հարցը՝ ձևաչափի և թեմաների մեջ է։ Բաքուն ուզում է այդ բանակցությունները ներկայացնել որպես ներադրբեջանական երկխոսություն, այսինքն՝ մենք պետք է դառնանք Ադրբեջանի «մաս»։  Մեզ համար նման ձևաչափն ընդունելի չէ։ Ինչի՞ մասին պետք է խոսենք․ մենք կարող ենք խոսել միայն մարդասիրական հարցերի շուրջ։

Բանակցությունների վերաբերյալ Բաքվի և Սեփանակերտի պատկերացումներն իրարամերժ են։ Ադրբեջանի պայմաններն էլ հայտնի են՝ այն է, որ Արցախը պետք է կապիտուլյացիայի ենթարկվի, ապամոնտաժի իր բոլոր պետական ինստիտուտները, այդ թվում՝ բանակը։ Սա մեզ համար ընդունելի չէ: Եթե բանակցում ենք իսկապես հակամարտության կարգավորման վերաբերյալ, դա այլ խնդիր է, բայց մենք ունենք իրարամերժ մոտեցումներ։ Խնդիրը թեմաների և ձևաչափի մեջ է»,- Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում նկատեց արցախցի պաշտոնյան։

Միաժամանակ  Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հույս է հայտնել, որ Բաքու-Ստեփանակերտ երկխոսության վստահելի միջազգային մեխանիզմ կստեղծվի։ Արցախի նախագահի խորհրդականն էլ ընդգծում է, որ  արդեն կա ձևավորված ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի ձևաչափը, և բանակցություներն էլ այդ ձևաչափում պետք է շարունակվեն։

Իսկ Լաչինի միջանցքը բացելու ուղղությամբ բանակցություններն, ինչպես տեղեկացրեց Արցախի քաղաքական գործիչը,  շարունակվում են, բայց նորություն դեռ չկա։

«Քննարկումներ կան, բայց շոշափելի արդյունք չկա։ Պահանջն այն է, որ պետք է Բերձորի միջանցքը գործի։ Կան տարբեր այլ հարցեր այստեղ, բայց մենք երբեք մեր ազգային արժանապատվությունը չենք զոհաբերելու հանուն հացի։ Այո, շատ ծանր է վիճակը, սակայն, եթե ազգային արժանապատվությունը կորցնենք, տասնապատիկ անգամ ավելի վատ է լինելու»,- հավելեց Բաբայանը։

Նշենք, որ Աղդամով Արցախ է մտել 1  բեռնատար ռուսական հումանիտար օգնությունը, ինչից հետո, ըստ պայմանավորվածության, պետք է բացվեր Լաչինի միջանցքը, սակայն,  այն մինչև հիմա փակ է:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն էլ, անդրադառնալով ռուսական բեռներին, նշել էր, որ ՌԴ 1 բեռնատար հումանիտար բեռը չի կարող իրավիճակի վրա որևէ տեսանելի ազդեցություն ունենալ։
