Երբ խմել քամած հյութերը, որպեսզի օգտակար լինեն

Թարմ քամած հյութերի օգտակարությանը ոչ ոք չի կասկածում: Սակայն անհրաժեշտ է իմանալ, թե երբ եւ ինչպես է դրանք հարկավոր խմել, որպեսզի դրանց օգտակարությունն առավել բարձր լինի: Առողջ մարդիկ, ովքեր ավելորդ քաշի հետ խնդիր չունեն, կարող են թարմ հյութեր օգտագործել նախաճաշից 15 րոպե անց: Պետք է հիշել, որ առավոտ շուտ, քաղցած ստամոքսին պետք չէ թարմ քամած մրգի կամ բանջարեղենի հյութ խմել, այն գրգռում է ստամոքսը: Ավելի լավ է ինչ որ բան ուտել, նոր միայն խմել հյութը:
Օրվա երկրորդ կեսին ավելի լավ է հրաժարվել թարմ հյութերից, դրանք հարմար եւ օգտակար են առավոտյան օգտագործելիս: Բացառություն է կազմում լոլիկի հյութը, սակայն այն շաբաթվա մեջ 3 անգամից հաճախ պետք չէ խմել: Պետք է հիշել, որ եթե հյութն օգտագործում եք ուտելուց անմիջապես առաջ կամ հետո, կամ դրա ընթացքում, մարսողությունը դանդաղում է, եւ կարող են խնդիրներ առաջանալ:
Ավելի լավ է` 15-20 րոպեանոց դադար լինի: Եթե ավելորդ քաշի խնդիր ունեք կամ տառապում եք շաքարային դիաբետով, մրգերի հյութեր օգտագործելուց առաջ անպայման խորհրդակցեք բժշկի հետ: Եթե ձեր ստամոքսի թթվայնությունը ցածր է, թարմ քամած հյութերը, օրինակ` խնձորի, լիմոնի, պետք է խմել նախքան ուտելը, իսկ եթե բարձր է` ուտելուց հետո: Հղիներն ու կրծքով կերակրող կանայք պետք է զգույշ լինեն ելակի, նռան, նարնջի, բազուկի, ինչպես նաեւ կաղամբի ու խաղողի հյութեր օգտագործելիս: Եթե ցանկանում եք նիհարել, կարող եք օգտագործել լիմոնի, նարինջի եւ թուրինջի հյութերի խառնուրդը, նեխուրի, բրոկոլիի հյութեր:
Զգույշ պետք է լինել բազուկի հյութի պարագայում: Եթե այն խմելիս չափն անցնեք, կարող է ալերգիա սկսվել, ճնշման կտրուկ անկում, ջերմության բարձրացում, փորլուծություն: Օրական 30-50 մլ բազուկի հյութն այն չափաբաժինն է, որը գերազանցել չի կարելի: Լիմոնի հյութը եւս չի կարելի չարաշահել, բացի այդ, այն պետք է խառնել ինչ-որ այլ ըմպելիքի հետ, օրինակ` գոլ ջրի: Հիշեք նաեւ, որ թարմ քամած հյութերն անհրաժեշտ է խմել քամելուց հետո մեկ ժամվա ընթացքում, հակառակ դեպքում կարեւոր վիտամինները կարող են կորչել:
