Վերջում պարզվելու է, որ մեր երկրում միակ ապօրինի գույքը հայրենիքն էր։
Արցախը հանձնելուց հետո Նիկոլը կարողանում է հանգիստ հարցազրույցներ տալ, ասել՝ մտքին ինչ փչում է, ամեն անհեթեթյուն։
Ինչո՞ւ է այդպես. որովհետև դիմացը դատարկություն է։ ՄԵԿ հոգին հազարամյակների պատմությունը ունեցող ժողովրդին սարքեց անձայն, անուժ հոտ։
Նիկոլը խաղում է անայլընտրանք, անում է՝ ինչ ուզում է, խոսում է՝ ինչ մտքին կգա, թքած՝ իրականության ու հետևանքների վրա։ Իսկ հետևանքը, որպես կանոն, զոհերն են ու հայրենիքի կորուստը։
Բայց դա այդպես է, որովհետև դիմացը լուրջ համակարգ չկա՝ ո´չ ընդդիմություն, ո´չ առաջնորդ, ո´չ կազմակերպված հանրություն, ո´չ առաջադեմ մտավորակություն, ո´չ պատվախնդրությունից եռացող երիտասարդություն։ Կա անտարբերություն և կա լռություն՝ անձնական շահի, անձնական գույքի համար։
Վերջին մեկ ամսում Նիկոլը տվել է հարցազրույցներ, հայտարարություններ, ուղերձներ, ստորագրել է թղթեր, ինչ ասես արել է՝ Արցախը հանձնելուց հետո։ Դիմացը ոչինչ չի արվել։ Լուռ է 400 հազար ձայն ստացած ընդդիմությունը, ներառյալ՝ խորհրդարանական, լուռ են իրենց առաջնորդ կարգածները, Արցախի անունով կայացածները, Արցախի անունով խոշոր կապիտալի տեր դարձածները։ Ի դեպ՝ վերջիններս պարտք են Արցախին ու արցախցիներին։ Հ. Թումանյանն իր գրվածքներում ունի մի այսպիսի միտք՝ հայ փողատերերից հայրենիքի համար, ինքնապաշտպանական ջոկատների համար երբեք հնարավոր չէր ռեսուրս վերցնել խնդրելով, բացատրելով, համոզելով։ Դա հնարավոր էր այլ կերպ։
Այն նույն 15-20 հոգին, որ ամեն օր հակադարձում են Նիկոլին ու փորձում փոխել, շրջել հանրային օրակարգը, անհատներ են և չեն կարող փոխել խաղի կանոնը։ Այդպես անհնար է հակակշռել ամուլ պետական համակարգին, գործակալական տեղեկատվական տեռորին։ Ու զրո դիմադրության պայմաններում Նիկոլը, իհարկե, ինչ ուզում՝ անում է։
Եվ այդպես լինելու է այնքան ժամանակ, քանի դեռ հարթակի ուժը չափվելու է միկրոֆոնի դեցիբելով, և ոչ թե՝ ասելիքի բովանդակությամբ։
