Գյուղատնտեսությունն ապահովեց երկրի տնտեսական աճի զգալի մասը

Գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքները կազմակերպելու հարցում պետական աջակցություն ցուցաբերելու նպատակով 2012 թվականից սկսած մեր երկրում իրականացվում են հողօգտագործողներին մատչելի գներով ազոտական, ֆոսֆորական և կալիումական պարարտանյութերի և դիզելային վառելանյութի հատկացման ծրագրեր:
Կառավարությունն իր այս տարվա առաջին` հունվարի 14- ի նիստում որոշեց 2015թ. չիրացված ավելի քան 2 հազար 594 տոննա ազոտական պարարտանյութի սուբսիդիան և դրամաշնորհը` ընդամենը շուրջ 183 մլն դրամի, 759 տոննա ֆոսֆորական և 734,5 տոննա կալիումական պարարտանյութի սուբսիդիան և դրամաշնորհը` ընդամենը մոտ 195 մլն դրամի վերադարձը ՀՀ պետբյուջե երկարաձգել մինչև 2016թ. ծրագրով պարարտանյութերի իրացման ավարտը:
Գործադիրը կիրառում է գյուղատնտեսության պետական աջակցության բազմապիսի ծրագրեր: Անցած տարի, օրինակ, փետրվարի 5- ի նիստում որոշվեց ազոտական պարարտանյութի 1 պարկը շահառուներին վաճառել 6 հազար. ֆոսֆորական և կալիումական պարարտանյութերի 1 պարկը` 7 հազար, դիզելային վառելանյութի 1 լիտրը` 350 դրամով: Ավելին, փետրվարի 19- ի նիստում գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտին տրամադրվող վարկերի սուբսիդավորման նպատակով հատկացվեց շուրջ 290 մլն դրամով ավելի գումար, քան նախորդ տարի, ինչը հնարավորություն տվեց տարբերակված 4 և 6 տոկոսի փոխարեն երկրի բոլոր համայնքների համար կիրառել վարկերի տոկոսադրույքների 6 տոկոսային կետի սուբսիդավորում: Գործընթացի շարունակմանը նպաստեց 2015թ. մայիսի 14- ի որոշումը, որով կառավարությունը գյուղատնտեսության վարկավորման սուբսիդավորումը շարունակելու նպատակով 10 մլրդ դրամ հատկացրեց ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկին, որն էլ իր հերթին գումար տրամադրեց այդ ծրագրով զբաղվող բանկերին: Այսպիսով, այս ծրագրով գյուղացին վարկը 14- ի փոխարեն ստացավ 8 տոկոսով:
Գյուղացիական տնտեսությունների համար պակաս կարևոր չէր կառավարության 2015թ. ապրիլի 30- ի այն որոշումը, որով ջրօգտագործողներին հնարավորություն տրվեց 80 հազար հա հողատարածության ոռոգման ջուրն ստանալ անհատույց: Նույն նիստում անասնապահության զարգացմանն աջակցելու նպատակով կառավարությունը պայմաններ ստեղծեց, որպեսզի հանրապետություն ներկրվի 257 տոհմային երինջ: Ավելի ուշ` 2015- ի սեպտեմբերի 19- ի նիստում գործադիրը փոփոխություն կատարեց իր այս որոշման մեջ և ապահովեց ևս 453 տոհմային երինջի ձեռքբերումն ու ներկրումը:
Գյուղատնտեսությունը պարտք չմնաց պետությանը: Հայրենանվեր աշխատանքի շնորհիվ ոլորտի աշխատողներն ապահովեցին տնտեսական բարձր արդյունք` երկնիշ տնտեսական աճ և դրեցին այս տարվա բերքի հիմքը:
