Հաագայում անցկացվող ԵԺԿ երիտասարդական կազմակերպության խորհրդի հավաքի ընթացքում ընդունվեց մեր գործընկոջ՝ Ֆրանսիայի հանրապետական կուսակցության հետ ներկայացված բանաձևը։
 
Այն անդրադառնում է Արցախում ստեղծված իրավիճակին և Հայաստանին ԵՄ աջակցությանը։
 
Բանաձևը կոչ է անում՝
 
-Եվրոպական միությանը և նրա անդամ պետություններին՝ ակտիվորեն աջակցել Հայաստանի տարածքային ամբողջականությանը.
 
-Պատժամիջոցներ սահմանել ագրեսիայի և միջազգային իրավունքի խախտման համար պատասխանատուների նկատմամբ՝ ապահովելով պատասխանատվություն և արդարություն հայ բնակչության համար.
 
-Պահպանել մշակութային և կրոնական ժառանգությունը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում՝ խրախուսելով միջազգային վերահսկողությունը և ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի ներգրավվածությունը.
 
-Ադրբեջանական պետությանը՝ անվերապահորեն ազատ արձակել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի իշխանությունների ղեկավարներին։
 
Բանաձևն ընդունվել է միաձայն։
 
Ինչպես նշել եմ իմ խոսքում՝ վաղուց ժամանակն է բանաձևերից ու փաստաթղթերից անցում կատարել հստակ գործողությունների ու պատժամիջոցների, կոչ եմ արել մեր գործընկերներին այդ ուղղությամբ աշխատել իրենց երկրներում։
 
Իմ ելույթում ահազանգել եմ նաև Հայաստանի բանտերում ապօրինաբար պահվող քաղբանտարկյալների դեպքերի մասին։
