«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Քիչ չեն դեպքերը, երբ որևէ քաղաքական գործիչ սկսում է թիրախավորել այս կամ այն լրագրողին կամ լրատվամիջոցին՝ կապված վերջիններիս գործունեության հետ, որը, մեղմ ասած, լավ լույսի ներքո չի ներկայացնում տվյալ գորչի կամ նրա հետ կապված քաղաքական ուժի գործունեությունը։ Նույնը կարելի է ասել նաև տարբեր պետական կառույցների պարագայում։

Վերջին շրջանում ԶԼՄ-ների հրապարակումներից «դժգոհության» ձայներ են լսվու նաև բնապահպանական ուղղվածության որոշ հասարակական կազմակերպությունների կողմից։ Նման «նեղսրտումների» պատճառ են հանդիսացել ի մասնավորի չեխական «Առնիկա» ՀԿ-ի վերաբերյալ վերջին շրջանում հրապարակված հոդվածները։ Օրինակ՝ «Քիմիական անվտանգության կոալիցիան», որի անդամները մեզ հայտնի նույն բնապահպանական ՀԿ-ներն են, մի երկարաշունչ հայտարարություն է արել, որտեղ ուշագրավ է հատկապես մի ձևակերպում. «...անտեսում են այն փաստը, որ Հայաստանը, ի տարբերություն Ադրբեջանի, ընտրել է եվրաինտեգրման ուղին և ջանքեր է գործադրում կանոնակարգերը մոտեցնելու եվրոպական քաղաքականությանը, որը պահանջում է թափանցիկություն և հաշվետվողականություն, այդ թվում՝ շրջակա միջավայրի և կլիմայի ոլորտում»։

Այն, որ Ադրբեջանը անսահման հեռու է ժողովրդավարությունից, չի էլ քննարկվում: Բայց հետաքրքիր է, որ փաստորեն չեխական «Առնիկան» մեզ մոտ ուսումնասիրություններ է անում, քանի որ մենք ժողովրդավար երկիր ենք։ Հետաքրքիր է՝ արդյո՞ք Չեխիայի Հանրապետությունն իր արտաքին քաղաքականության մեջ նույնպես առաջնորդվում է այդ սկզբունքով։

Մի փոքր դիտարկենք Չեխիայի և ոչ ժողովրդավարական Ադրբեջանի վերջին շրջանի հարաբերությունները։ Մարտի սկզբին Չեխիայի արդյունաբերության և առևտրի նախարարության աղբյուրը նշել է, որ «վստահելի էներգետիկ գործընկերությունը և համագործակցությունը մնում են ԵՄ-ի և Ադրբեջանի, ինչպես նաև Չեխիայի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հարաբերությունների հիմնաքարը»: Չեխիայի վարչապետն անցած տարի հանդիպել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահի և ԱԳՆ ղեկավարի հետ, Չեխիայի խորհրդարանի ղեկավարն էլ մի քանի անգամ եղել է Բաքվում։ Էլ ավելի ակտիվ են մշակութային կապերը. անցած տարվա նոյեմբերին Պրահայում բացվել է Ադրբեջանի տունը, անցկացվել են ադրբեջանցի գործիչների մշակութային երեկոներ, արվեստի ցուցահանդեսներ։ Իսկ 2024 թ. հոկտեմբերին Պրահայում անցկացվել են ֆոտոցուցահանդեսներ, որոնք նվիրված էին Ադրբեջանում Հայաստանի կողմից տեղադրված ականների զոհերին։

Իսկ Հայաստանին բաժին է հասել միայն «Առնիկան», որը երկար տարիներ մեր համայնքներին փորձում է «փրկել» հանքարդյունաբերական ոլորտից։

Մյուս կողմից՝ Հայաստանի դեմ Ադրբեջանի ներկայացրած բնապահպանական հայցերի մասին վերոնշյալ կոալիցիան և նրա անդամ ՀԿ-ները երբևէ դիրքորոշումներ չեն հայտնել, ու միայն օտարերկրյա կազմակերպության գործունեության իրական դրդապատճառները բացահայտել փորձող ԶԼՄներն են «ստիպել» միավորվել հայրենյաց բնապահպաններին, ինչը ևս մեկ անգամ լուրջ կասկածի տեղիք է տալիս ինչպես «Առնիկայի», այնպես էլ հայաստանյան որոշ բնապահպանների գործունեության իրական նպատակների մասին։
