Ինչպես տեսանք, այսօր և երեկ Հայոց պետականությունը աննախադեպ հարձակում իրականցրեց Հայ Եկեղեցու վրա՝ անհիմն ձերբակալելով մի շարք հոգևորականների, կատարելով նաև խուզարկություններ նրանց տներում և նստավայրերում։
Արագածոտնի թեմի 5 հոգևորականի և Մկրտիչ Սրբազանին բերման են ենթարկել նրանց բնակարանները խուզարկելուց հետո:
Մկրտիչ սրբազանի գտնվելու վայրը հայտնի չէ, քննչական կոմիտեն տեղեկություն չի հայտնում, իսկ քննչական խմբի ղեկավարն ասում է տեղյակ չեմ, թե ուր է:
Սա Մկրտիչ սրբազանի (ավազանի անունը Հայկ Պռոշյան) իրավունքի կոպիտ խախտում է:
Պետական մարմնի այս վարքագիծն առերևույթ համապատասխանում է Քրեական օենսգրքի 451 հոդվածին (բռնի անհետացումը):
