Փաշինյանին՝ մրցանակ, գերիներին՝ ցմահ ազատազրկում

Բաքվի զինվորական դատարանը ցմահ ազատազրկման է դատապարտել Արցախի նախկին նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանին, Պաշտպանության բանակի նախկին հրամանատար Լևոն Մնացականյանին, գեներալ-մայոր Դավիթ Մանուկյանին, Ազգային ժողովի նախկին նախագահ Դավիթ Իշխանյանին և նախկին արտգործնախարար Դավիթ Բաբայանին։ Արցախի նախկին նախագահներ Արկադի Ղուկասյանին և Բակո Սահակյանին Բաքուն դատապարտել է 20 տարվա ազատազրկման՝ նրանց տարիքով պայմանավորված։ Ադրբեջանի օրենսդրությունն արգելում է 65 տարին լրացած անձանց ցմահ ազատազրկման դատապարտելը։
Բաքվի դատարանի առջև կանգնած մյուս հայերը՝ Մադաթ Բաբայանը և Մելիքսեթ Փաշայանը, դատապարտվել են 19 տարվա ազատազրկման, Գարիկ Մարտիրոսյանը՝ 18, Լևոն Բալայանը և Դավիթ Ալավերդյանը՝ 16, Վասիլ Բեգլարյանը, Գուրգեն Ստեփանյանը և Էրիկ Ղազարյանը՝ 15 տարվա ազատազրկման։ Բաքուն բոլորին մեղադրում է ծանր հանցագործությունների մեջ՝ ահաբեկչությունից մինչև ցեղասպանություն։
Արցախի իշխանությունների և շարքային արցախցիների նկատմամբ դատավճիռը կայացվել է Աբու Դաբիում Փաշինյան–Ալիև հանդիպումից և «Զայեդ» մրցանակաբաշխությանը նրանց մասնակցությունից անմիջապես հաջորդ օրը։ Ընդ որում, ԱՄՆ փոխնախագահ Ջեյ Դի Վենսի այցից ընդամենը մի քանի օր առաջ Ադրբեջանի նախագահը փաստացի թե՛ միջազգային հանրությանը, թե՛ հայկական կողմին պարզորոշ ցույց է տալիս, որ որևէ պարտավորություն չի զգում խաղաղության օրակարգի նկատմամբ։ Ավելին՝ առանց սեթևեթանքների հասկացնում է, որ ինքն է իրավիճակի տերը և վարվելու է այնպես, ինչպես թելադրում են իր շահերը։
Իշխանությունների անողնաշար և անատամ քաղաքականության հետևանքով Հայաստանի համար տասնյակ տարիներ կյանքն ու առողջությունը տված մարդիկ արդեն երկար տարիներ պահվում են Բաքվի բանտերում և առաջիկայում էլ կարող են ավելի երկար պատիժների արժանանալ։ Չի բացառվում, որ որոշ անձանց Վենսի այցի շրջանակում, ցուցադրական կերպով, ազատ արձակեն և ուղարկեն Հայաստան, սակայն շատերին կարող են ենթարկել լուրջ խոշտանգումների՝ այդ կերպ Հայաստանին շարունակաբար հիշեցնելով, որ իրավիճակի տերը Ադրբեջանն է, իսկ Փաշինյանն ընդամենը վասալ։
