Արտառոց դեպք՝ Գեղարքունիքում, աշակերտուհին ուսուցչուհու կողմից ծեծի է ենթարկվել․ Shamshyan

SHAMSHYAN.com-ը ներկայացնում է բացառիկ տեսանյութ՝ սեպտեմբերի 30-ին Գեղարքունիքի մարզի գյուղերից մեկի միջնակարգ դպրոցում տեղի ունեցած արտառոց դեպքի մասին։ Տվյալ դպրոցի 2-րդ դասարանի աշակերտուհու հարազատների պնդմամբ՝ դպրոցի ուսուցչուհին դասարանում ֆիզիկական բռնություն է կիրառել երեխայի նկատմամբ։
SHAMSHYAN.com-ի հետ զրույցում երեխայի մորաքույրը փոխանցել է, որ ուսուցչուհին դասարանում հարվածել է երեխային, ինչից հետո վերջինս վախեցած դուրս է վազել դասասենյակից։ Ըստ հարազատի՝ դասարանում այդ պահին մեկ այլ անձ ևս եղել է, որը տեսանելի է նաև առկա տեսագրության մեջ։ Այնուհետև ուսուցչուհին երեխային կրկին դասարան է տարել, որտեղ նորից ֆիզիկական բռնություն է կիրառել նրա նկատմամբ։ Դեպքից հետո երեխայի ինքնազգացողությունը վատացել է, ինչից հետո ուսուցչուհին նրան տարել է սանհանգույց, լվացրել և վերադարձրել դասարան։
«Երբ երեխան տուն է հասել, նրա պարանոցին և ձեռքերին հետքեր են եղել, իսկ աչքերը՝ ուռած։ Երեխան այնքան է լացել, որ ընտանիքը ստիպված է եղել նրան տանը պահել։ Սեպտեմբերի 30-ից հետո նա մի քանի օր դպրոց չի հաճախել»,- պատմել է երեխայի մորաքույրը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ ուսուցչուհու կողմից երեխայի նկատմամբ նախկինում ևս հարվածների դեպքեր եղել են, սակայն նման աստիճանի ֆիզիկական բռնություն առաջին անգամ է արձանագրվում։
Դեպքի մասին դպրոցի տնօրենությունը տեղեկացել է հաջորդ օրը՝ հոկտեմբերի 1-ին։ Տնօրենը երեխային և նրա մորը հրավիրել է դպրոց՝ փորձելով կարգավորել ստեղծված իրավիճակը (հարազատը դրական է գնահատել տնօրենի վերաբերմունքն ու ջանքերը)։
Սակայն, ըստ հարազատի, ուսուցչուհին հերքել է ծեծի հանգամանքը և զրույցի ընթացքում վիրավորական արտահայտություններ է հնչեցրել երեխայի մոր հասցեին՝ անդրադառնալով նրա ընտանիքին և երեխաների դաստիարակությանը։
Հարազատի փոխանցմամբ՝ ընտանիքը ոստիկանություն չի դիմել, քանի որ մայրը չի ցանկանում, որպեսզի ուսուցչուհու նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդում իրականացվի։ Փոխարենը պահանջում են, որ նա հեռացվի դպրոցից և այլևս չաշխատի երեխաների հետ։ Ընտանիքը դիմել է նաև Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետարան, որտեղից, սակայն, պատասխանել են, որ մեկ ծնողի բողոքի հիման վրա ուսուցչին աշխատանքից ազատելն անհնար է, և անհրաժեշտ է առնվազն յոթ ծնողի բողոք։
«Չեմ հասկանում՝ ի՞նչ կապ ունի բողոքող ծնողների թիվը։ Եթե ուսուցչուհին մի քանի երեխայի է հարվածել, դա նորմա՞լ է, իսկ յոթերորդ երեխայի դեպքում նոր պե՞տք է պատասխանատվության ենթարկվի»,- վրդովված նշել է հարազատը։
Նա նաև հայտնել է, որ դեպքից հետո ուսուցչուհին ոչ աշխատանքային օրով՝ շաբաթ օրը, ծնողական ժողով է կազմակերպել և ծնողներին հորդորել երեխաներին ասել, որ իրենք որևէ բան չեն տեսել և չեն լսել։
«Այսօր իմ քրոջ բալիկն է, վաղը կարող է լինել իմ բալիկը կամ մեկ ուրիշի երեխան։ Նման դեպքերը պետք է կանխվեն»,- եզրափակել է նա՝ հավելելով, որ ընտանիքը ցանկանում է, որպեսզի դեպքը ստանա իրավասու մարմինների պատշաճ ուշադրությունը։
