Ջենիֆեր Լոպեսի համերգի 500 միլիոն դրամի պարտքը չի վերադարձվել ԿԳՄՍՆ-ին․ նոր պայմանագիր է կնքվել

«Դոպինգ Սփեյս» ընկերությունը դեռևս չի վերադարձրել Ջենիֆեր Լոպեսի համերգից խնայված գումարները։ Sputnik Արմենիայի գրավոր հարցմանն ի պատասխան հայտնում են ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարությունից։
Նախարարությունից հայտնում են՝ եթե ընկերությունը վճարումը չկատարի, ապա համապատասխան գործընթաց կսկսվի։
««Դոպինգ Սփեյս» ՍՊԸ-ն վճարումներ չի կատարել, 2026 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 25-ին համապատասխան գրությամբ ևս մեկ անգամ «Դոպինգ Սփեյս» ՍՊԸ-ին տեղեկացվել է սահմանված ժամանակահատվածում վճարումերը կատարելու կամ վճարումների համար ժամանակացույց ներկայացնելու վերաբերյալ, սակայն մինչ օրս պատասխան չի ստացվել»,- հայտնում են գերատեսչությունից։
Միաժամանակ, տեղեկացնում են՝ եթե ընկերությունը պահանջվող տեղեկատվությունը չներկայացնի և վճարում չկատարի, նախարարության կողմից կիրականացվի «համապատասխան հետագա գործընթաց»՝ չպարզաբանելով, թե ինչպիսին է լինելու այդ գործընթացը։
Կայքը նախարարությունից հետաքրքրվել է, թե նախարարության և «Դոպինգ Սփեյս» ընկերության միջև կնքված պայմանագրի համաձայնագրից ինչու է հանվել բանկային երաշխիքի գումարին վերաբերող դրույթը։ ԿԳՄՍՆ-ից նշում են, թե համաձայնագիրը կնքվել է 2025 թվականի հուլիսի 31-ին, իսկ Ջենիֆեր Լոպեսի համերգը պետք է անցկացվեր օգոստոսի 3-ին՝ համաձայնագրի կնքումից ընդամենը երկու օր անց։
«Հետևաբար, այդ փուլում բանկային երաշխիքի ներկայացման կամ դրա կիրառման անհրաժեշտությունն այլևս առկա չէր»,- հայտնում են նախարարությունից։
Հիշեցնենք, որ ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍՆ-ն ընկերությունից պաշտոնապես պահանջում է հետ վերադարձնել ավելի քան 500 միլիոն դրամ (մոտ 1.4 միլիոն դոլար)։ Այս գումարը գոյացել է 2025 թվականի օգոստոսի 3-ին Երևանում կայացած Ջենիֆեր Լոպեսի համերգի բյուջեի մնացորդից, ուշացած հաշվետվությունների տուգանքներից և պայմանագրային այլ պարտավորություններից։
Հավելենք, որ ՀՀ կառավարության 2023 թ. օգոստոսի 11–ի որոշմամբ` «Համաշխարհային աստղի հայաստանյան հյուրախաղեր» երաժշտական նախագծի շրջանակում Սնուպ Դոգի հայաստանյան համերգը կազմակերպելու նպատակով «Դոպինգ Սփեյս» ընկերությանը տրամադրվել էր 2 մլրդ 318 մլն 596 800 դրամ։ Մամուլում լայնորեն քննարկվել է նաև այն թեման, որ «Դոպինգ սփեյս» ընկերությունը հիմնադրվել է 2023-ին՝ Սնուփ Դոգի համերգի կազմակերպման որոշումից մեկ ամիս առաջ, իսկ ընկերության բաժնետերերից է ՄԱՊ ընկերության հիմնադիր, նախկին ՀՀԿ-ական պատգամավոր Ալեքսան Պետրոսյանի որդին՝ Մակար Պետրոսյանը։ Նրանք անցնում են ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույքի բռնագանձման գործով։
Երևանում սեպտեմբերի 23-ին նախատեսված համերգի մասին հայտարարելուց հետո բուռն քննարկումներ ծավալվեցին հիմնականում համերգի վրա ծախսվելիք պետական գումարների շուրջ։ Սնուպ Դոգի համերգը չեղարկվեց Արցախի Հանրապետությունում տեղի ունեցած ողբերգական դեպքերի պատճառով։
Համերգի կազմակերպիչը խոստացել է, որ համերգը կկայանա, երբ երգչի ծրագրերում ազատ պատուհան լինի։
Նշենք, որ թեպետ մինչ օրս «Դոպինգ Սփեյսն» ավելի քան 500 միլիոն դրամ պարտք ունի ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍՆ-ին, սակայն դա չի խանգարել, որ կառավարությունը հենց «Դոպինգ Սփեյսի» հետ կնքի շուրջ 9 մլն դոլարի պայմանագիր՝ COP17-ի միջոցառումների համար (ընդ որում՝ մեկ անձից գնման ընթացակարգով)։
