Ժամանակակից աշխարհում տարբեր ընկերությունների վարած գնային քաղաքականությունը մտապես ուղղված է լինում ի նպաստ հաճախորդների: Վաճառողներն անում են ամեն ինչ՝ գների կայունություն ապահովելու և իրենց մշտական հաճախորդների թիվն ավելացնելու համար, միաժամանակ, նաև փորձ են անում հնարավորինս ճկուն գնային քաղաքականությամբ ապահովել գների ընդհանուր մակարդակի նվազեցում, որ ևս լուրջ խթան է նոր հաճախորդների ներգրավման համար:

Համաշխարհային մոտեցումներից վերադառնալով հայկական իրականությանը՝ պետք է փատենք, որ այս ոլորտում ևս մեր մոտեցումները խիստ տարբեր են: Հայաստանյան շուկայում գները, մեղմ ասած, տատանվում են: Գնային այս «լող»-ը վերաբերվում է բոլոր տեսակի ապրանքներին և ծառայություներին՝ անկախ դրանց կարճաժամկետ կամ երկարաժամկետ բնույթից: Հաճախակի փոփոխման կարող են ենթարկվել անգամ պարենային և առաջին անհրաժեշտության մնացած ապրանքները, որոնց գները կարգավորվում են մի շարք օրենսդրական և ենթաօրենսդրական ակտերով:

Փորձելով գտնել ստեղծված իրավիճակի բացատրությունը՝ պետք է փաստենք, որ սրա հիմքում ընկած են ոչ թե տնտեսական փոփոխությունները, այլ ավելի շատ՝ սոցիալ-հոգեբանական գործոններ, որոնք ուղղակիորեն կապված են ընդհանուր անկայունության և անհեռատեսության հետ:

Եթե ժամանակակից երկրներում ընկերությունները կայուն գնային քաղաքականությամբ փորձում են ներգրավել երկարաժամկետ հաճախորդների, ապա մեր երկրում երկարաժամկետի մասին պատկերացումներն առավել սակավ են: Այս երկու տարբերությունների հիմնական պատճառը վաղվա օրվա տեսլականն է ու դրա հետ կապված սպասելիքները: Եվրոպական երկրներում ընկերությունները հստակ պատկերացնում են առաջիկա երկարաժամկետ հատվածում իրենց անելիքներն ու ծագրերը, մինչդեռ մեզ մոտ դրանք իսպառ բացակայում են, դրա արդյունքում բացակայում է նաև համապատասխան քաղաքականությունը, որը վարվում է ընկերության կողմից: Հայաստանում շատ հազվադեպ են անգամ այն ընկերությունները, որոնք առհասարակ ունեն երկարաժամկետ ռազմավարություն:

Վերադառնալով գների խնդրին՝ բերենք ևս մեկ վառ օրինակ: Առավելապես ձմեռային սեզոնին, երբ բնակլիմայական պայմանների հետ կապված փակվում է Հայաստանից Ռուսաստան գնացող ցամաքային ճանապարհի Վերին Լարս անցակետը, հայ ավիափոխադրողներն անմիջապես թանկացնում են ավիատոմսերի գները: Զարգացած երկրներում ավիափոխադրողները նման իրավիճակ ստեղծվելիս պատրաստ են անգամ վնասով աշխատելու պարագայում մատուցել համապատասխան ծառայությունը, միայն թե հաճախորդի մոտ ավելանա իրենց հանդեպ վստահությունը, որն իր հերթին կբերի ավելի երկարաժամկետ համագործակցության, մինչդեռ մեր երկրում այս քաղաքականությանը փոխարինում է կարճաժամկետում առավել մեծ շահույթ ստանալու ձգտումը, որը հետագայում բերելու է բացասական բազում հետևանքների: Սակայն, ինչպես արդեն նշեցինք, տեղական ընկերություների մոտ պակասում են վաղվա օրվա հետ կապված դրական սպասելիքները, և մեր ձեռնարկատերերը նախընտրում են փոխարինել երկարաժամկետ համագործակցությունն ու վստահությունը կարճաժամկետ շահույթի հետ: Այս առումով մենք, իհարկե, շատ բան ունենք սովորելու զարգացած երկրներից, բայց պետք է փաստենք, որ սա այն փոփոխություն է, որի իրագործումը կապված չէ արտաքին կամ պետական գործոններից, այլ կախված է ընդամենն անհատների մոտեցումներից:
