Քաղաքական դպրոցների պրակտիկան և իրականությունը

ՀՀԿ քաղաքական դպրոց բացելու վերաբեյալ հայտարարությունը քաղաքական դաշտում վերջին օրերին ամենաքննարկվող ու քննադատվող թեման է: Ըստ այդմ, ՀՀ թիվ մեկ քաղաքական ուժը մտադիր է ստեղծել, այսպես կոչված, կադրային բանկ` կուսակցության հետագա գործունությունն ու աշխատանքներն առավել պրոֆեսիոնալ կազմակերպելու համար:
Պետք է համաձայնենք, որ քաղաքական դպրոցը բավականին հետաքրքիր ու նախաձեռնողական գաղափար է, հետխորհրդային երկրների համար ինչ-որ տեղ նաև անհրաժեշտ քայլ է:
Քաղաքական դաշտում կուսակցությունները դասակարգվում են ըստ քաղաքական դաշտում զբաղեցրած դիրքի: Ըստ այս չափանիշի՝ առանձնացվում են երեք տիպի կուսակցություններ՝ աջեր, ձախեր և ցենտրիստներ կամ կենտրոնամետներ:
Այս դասակարգման ավանդույթը գալիս է Ֆրանսիայից. Սենատում, այն քաղաքական ուժերը, ովքեր նստում էին թագավորից աջ, համարվում էին թագավորի կողմնակից, իսկ ովքեր ձախ՝ ընդդիմադիր, կենտրոնում նստողները՝ չեզոք:
Խորհրդային տարիներին աջերի և ձախերի դասակարգումը մի փոքր այլ տեսք ստացավ: Կոմունիստներն իրենց համարում էին աջեր, քանի որ հանդես էին գալիս գոյություն ունեցող կարգերի պահպանման օգտին, իսկ ժողովրդավարական բարեփոխումների կողմնակիցներին համարում էին ձախեր:
Ժամանակակից պայմաններում քաղաքական դաշտի աջ թևն են կազմում լիբերալ-պահպանողական և ազգայնական կուսակցությունները, իսկ ձախերը՝ մարքսիստական, սոցիալիստական և կոմունիստական կուսակցությունները: Առանձվում է նաև նշված դասակրգումների «միքս տեսակը» և ըստ այդմ` ձախ-կենտրոնամետներ, որոնց թվին են պատկանում սոցիալ-դեմոկրատական կուսակցությունները, և աջ-կենտրոնամետներ՝ նեոպահպանողականները:
Քաղաքական դպրոց հիմնականում ունեն ձախերը, այն առավել ընդգծված է կոմունիստական կուսակցությունների մոտ:
Քաղաքական դպրոցների պրակտիկան ներկայումս բավականին տարածված է Ռուսաստանում: Քաղաքական դաշտում գործող հիմնական կուսակցություններն ունեն նման դպրոցներ՝ «Միասնական Ռուսաստանը», «Արդար Ռուսաստանը», Ռուսաստանի Կոմունիստական Կուսակցությունը, ՌԼԴԿ-ը:
Եթե հարցին նայենք գլոբալ տեսանկյունից` քաղաքական դպրոցը հասարակության շրջանում էական դերակատարություն ունի անձի քաղաքական սոցիալիզացիայի տեսանկյունից` որպես կարևոր հարթակ: Այն հատկապես կբարձրացնի երիտասարդների քաղաքական մասնակցությունը` միաժամանակ բարձրացնելով վարվող քաղաքականության որակը, ինչպես նաև կնպաստի ՀՀ-ում պառլամենտարիզմի կայացման գործընթացին:
