Ադրբեջանը ոչ միայն չկարողացավ հաղթել, այլև շատ մոտ է դիվանագիտական ֆիասկոյի

Հասկանալի պատճառներով (որոնցից ամենաէականը, թերևս, առողջ բանականության առկայությունն է), ես չեմ կարծում, որ ճիշտ են նրանք, ովքեր պնդում են, թե հնգօրյա պատերազմում հայկական կողմը չի հաղթել: Չեմ ցանկանում անդրադառնալ ռազմական բաղադրիչին էն պարզ պատճառով, որ ի տարբերություն շատ-շատերի, ինձ ռազմական փորձագետ չեմ համարում, ամբողջական տեղեկատվության չեմ տիրապետում ու, հետևաբար, ի զորու չեմ հարյուր տոկոսանոց վստահությամբ պնդել, թե մերոնք կարող էին գրավել, ասենք, Գյանջան (զգացմունքային պոռթկման պահերին երբեմն ինքս էլ եմ նման կոչեր անում):
Բայց, միաժամանակ, գտնում եմ, որ Ադրբեջանը ոչ միայն չկարողացավ հաղթել, այլև շատ մոտ է դիվանագիտական ֆիասկոյի էն պարզ պատճառով, որ ստատուս-քվոն փոխելու նպատակով արված ռազմական ավանտյուրայի արդյունքում էապես փոխվեց միջազգային հանրության վերաբերմունքը թե՛ բուն հակամարտության, թե՛ այդ հակամարտությունը լայնամասշտաբ նոր պատերազմի տանող Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ: Իմ բոլոր ընկերներն ու ծանոթները, որոնք հետևում են միջազգային մամուլի արձագանքներին (CNN, BBC, The Guardian, ռուսաստանյան մի շարք լրատվամիջոցներ) կարող են փաստել, որ չորս-հինգ օրվա ընթացքում էապես փոխվեցին Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտությանը վերաբերող շեշտադրումները և հիմնական թեզը դարձավ ազատ Արցախի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի իրականացումն ու այդ իրավունքի վրա բռնանալու՝ Ադրբեջանի փորձը:
Սա պաթոս չէ, քարոզ չէ, սա օբյեկտիվ ճշմարտություն է, ինչի վառ ապացույցը Ադրբեջանի ու ԼՂՀ արտգործնախարարներին միևնույն հարթության վրա դնելու CNN-ի արդեն բավական հայտնի դարձած «տրյուկն» էր: Հետևաբար, հիմա հենց էն պահն է, երբ Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքականության պատասխանատուները՝ օգտվելով և օգտագործելով Սփյուռքի մեր բոլոր կառույցների հնարավորություններից, պետք է ամեն ինչ անեն դիվանագիտական դաշտում հաստատված ստատուս-քվոն վերացնելու և կշեռքի նժարը դեպի հայկական կողմ թեքելու նպատակով: Քանի դեռ թնդանոթները լուռ են:
