Sharp-ը հասել է ռեկորդային արդյունավետության սիլիկոնային տանդեմ արևային վահանակների համար՝ 33,66%

3dnews.ru-ն գրում է, որ Sharp ընկերությունը կիսվել է կիսահաղորդչային նյութերից պատրաստված տանդեմ արևային մարտկոցի ստեղծման մասին իր առաջընթացով, որի արդյունավետությունը հասել է համաշխարհային ռեկորդի՝ 33,66%: Կարևորն այն է, որ այդ ցուցանիշը նախատեսված է 775 սմ2 տարածք ունեցող գործնական արժեք ունեցող արևային վահանակի համար։ Sharp-ը նախատեսում է նման վահանակներ տեղադրել էլեկտրական մեքենաների և շարժական այլ հարթակների վրա, որպեսզի արևի լույսը մեծացնի վազքը:
Արեգակնային մարտկոցն ավելի արդյունավետ աշխատելու համար մարտկոցը ստեղծվում է բազմաշերտ, այնպես որ յուրաքանչյուր շերտ կլանում է լույսը իր տիրույթում: Նման բջիջները կոչվում են տանդեմ, և դրանք սովորաբար փոխարինում են սիլիցիումը պերովսկիտների կամ պարբերական համակարգի III կամ V խմբերից կիսահաղորդիչներով: Sharp-ը չի օգտագործում պերովսկիտներ, թեև դրանք չափազանց խոստումնալից են արևային մարտկոցների համար: Sharp-ի հետազոտողները աշխատում են կիսահաղորդիչների վրա և տպավորիչ առաջընթաց են գրանցել այդ ոլորտում:
Անցյալ տարի Sharp-ի երեք հանգույցների տանդեմի տարրը, ըստ AIST-ի (Ճապոնիայի առաջադեմ արդյունաբերական գիտության և տեխնոլոգիաների ազգային ինստիտուտ), սահմանեց արդյունավետության համաշխարհային ռեկորդ՝ ցույց տալով 32,65% արդյունավետություն: Նոր տարրը կորցրեց մեկ հանգույց և դարձավ պաշտոնական երկու հանգույց, ինչը մեծացրեց լույսի հոսքը դեպի հիմքում ընկած սիլիցիումի շերտ և հնարավորություն տվեց բարձրացնել արդյունավետությունը մինչև 33,66% նոր ռեկորդային արժեքի:
Խորամանկությունն այն է, որ վերին շերտը ներկայացված է ինդիում/գալիում/ֆոսֆոր և գալիումի արսենիդի կոմպոզիտային և երկու միացվող տարրով: Պարզ ասած, Sharp-ը փոխարինեց երկու կիսահաղորդչային հանգույցները մեկ կոմպոզիտային հանգույցով: Դրա շնորհիվ բջիջները դարձել են երեք անգամ բարակ, ինչը նույնպես կարևոր է զանգվածային արտադրության համար, քանի որ դրանք հաստատ ավելի էժան կլինեն, քան երեք անցումներից բաղկացած բջիջները:
