Մեզ հայտնի են բազմաթիվ ուտելիքներ, որոնք վնաս են հասցնում ատամներին: Բայց ոչ պակաս կարևոր են նաև այն ուտելիքները, որոնք օգնում են լավագույն վիճակում պահել մեր ատամները,-գրում է Past.am-ը:

Ամենապարզ տարբերակներից է շատ ջուր խմելը: Դա ոչ միայն օգտակար է մեր թքագեղձերին, այլև կօգնի լվանալ բերանի խոռոչը: Օգտակար է նաև ջրին ֆլորիդ ավելացնելը, որը օգնում է կանխել ատամների փչանալը, քանի որ այն սահմանափակում է վնասակար բակտերիաների գործունեությունը:

Պանիրը սպիտակուցային կազեինի մեծ աղբյուր է: Կազեին կա կաթնեղենի տարբեր տեսակներում: Առավելություններից մեկն այն է, որ այն կաթի ու մածունի նման բնական շաքար չի պարունակում, այսինքն՝ դա լրացուցիչ օգտակարություն է տալիս պանրին մեր ատամների համար:

Թեթև սնունդ ուտելու համար մենք սովորաբար ընտրում ենք միրգ, կաթնային սուրճ, թխվածքաբլիթներ, բայց դրանք շաքար են պարունակում և կարող են ատամների վրա բացասաբար անդրադառնալ: Դրա համար էլ սննդարարությամբ հարուստ ընկուզեղենը լավագույնն է, որ կարելի է օգտագործել և օգուտ տալ ատամներին:

Գազարը, նեխուրը, վարունգը քիչ կալորիականություն ունեցող բանջարեղեն են, որոնք մեծ քանակությամբ ջուր են պարունակում, դա էլ օգնում է նրանց ունեցած մի քիչ շաքարը չեզոքացնել: Հում բանջարեղենը նաև ծամելու երկար պրոցես է ենթադրում, որը շատ լավ ու օգտակար է թքարտադրության համար:

Հետաքրքիր է այն, որ շաքար չպարունակող ծամոնները նույնպես օգտակար են ատամների առողջության համար: Ծամոնը ոչ միայն ավելորդ կալորիաներ է այրում, այլև խթանում է թքարտադրությանը, ինչն էլ կօգնի, որ բերանն ինքնուրույն մաքրվի շաքարից:
