Քաղաքական գիտությունների դոկտոր, պատմաբան Արմեն Այվազյանը Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրել է.
«Սկսվել է ՀՀ-Ադրբեջան «խաղաղության համապարփակ պայմանագրի» ուժգին քարոզը, որը Նիկոլը պատրաստվում է ստորագրել մինչև տարվա վերջ։ Հայրենասերի դիմակով հանդես եկող մանկլավիկները մարդկանց փորձում են ներշնչել-համոզել, թե իբր այդ պայմանագիրն այլընտրանք չունի, այն «այսպես թե այնպես» (ասել է թե՝ ուժի պարտադրանքով) ստորագրվելու է, որից հետո իբր բոլոր հարցերը լուծվելու են, օտար ուժերը երաշխավորելու են կնքված (հիմնականում ոչ-հայանպաստ) կետերի պահպանումը։ Անգլերեն այս ամենը կոչում են bullshit, այսինքն՝ մեղմ ասած, սուտ ու կեղծիք։
Իրականում այդ «խաղաղության համապարփակ պայմանագրով» ընդամենը փորձ է արվելու ամրագրել և օրինականացնել Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի ձեռքբերումները, ներառյալ Արցախի հայաթափումը, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքների զավթումը և հայ ժողովրդի հետագա ստրկացումը։ Դարձյալ խոսակցություն չկա պետական մակարդակով ինքնապաշտպանություն և համաժողովրդական դիմադրություն կազմակերպելու մասին։ Ուշադրությունն ամբողջությամբ շեղում են արտաքին դերակատարների գործոնի՝ նրանց հետ «ճիշտ բանակցություններ» տանելու վրա՝ առանց հաշվի առնելու, որ Հայաստանի հետ բանակցություններ կվարեն միայն այն ժամանակ, երբ տեսնեն, որ երկիրը պատրաստ է ինքնապաշտպանության։ Մյուս դեպքերում ամեն ինչ որոշվելու է «բանակցություններին» ՀՀ ձևական, մասնակցությամբ ու ստորացուցիչ ստորագրությամբ։
Իսկ Ադրբեջանը խախտելու է այդ այսպես կոչված «համապարփակ խաղաղության պայմանագիրն» այն ստորագրելու հաջորդ իսկ օրվանից սկսած, ինչպես խախտեց ու խախտում է 2020 թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ին կնքված ՀՀ-Ադրբեջան-ՌԴ պայմանագրի բոլոր կետերն անխտիր՝ առանց իր համար որևէ լուրջ բացասական հետևանքների։
Այնպես որ՝ Ադրբեջանի հետ «համապարփակ խաղաղության պայմանագիրը» խաբկանք է, դավ և ծուղակ։ Պետք է խուսափել այդ հերթական կապիտուլյացիոն փաստաթուղթը ստորագրելուց։ Փոխարենը՝ ՀԱՐԿ Է ՊԱՏՐԱՍՏՎԵԼ ԻՆՔՆԱՊԱՇՏՊԱՆՈՒԹՅԱՆ, որպեսզի հետագայում կնքվելիք որևԷ պայմանագրում Հայաստանի անվտանգությունն ունենա փոքրիշատե իրական ՆԵՐՔԻՆ երաշխիքներ»։
