Արմեն Հովասափյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․

Հենց նոր ականատես եղանք սրանց հերթական հակապետական դրսևորմանը (չնայած դրա պակասը ոչ մի անգամ չի էլ եղել)։
 
Ես, որ ասում եմ` սրանք պետություն ասվածն ատում են, ճիշտ եմ ասում։ Ցանկացած արարողակարգ, ինչը վերաբերվում, առնչվում է պետության սիմվոլիկային` սրանք թքած ունեն։
 
ԱԺ աշնանային նստաշրջանը ավարտվեց. խորհրդարանի աշխատանքին քիչ թե շատ տեղյակ յուրաքանչյուրը գիտի, որ բացման ու փակման ժամանակ պաշտոնապես դրա մասին բարձրաձայնվում է, ավելին` հնչում է պետական օրհներգը։ Բայց էսօր ալենը հռեկոպալի արեց, էդ մասին ոչ մի ծպտուն, էլ չեմ ասում հիմնի մասին։
Հիմա կթվա, թե մանրուք ա, ջուրը ջրաղացը տարել ա, ես չախչախի հետևից եմ ընկել, բայց չէ, ժողովուրդ, էս ամեն ինչը ուղղակի ասոցացվում ա պետություն ինստիտուտի հետ ու խոսում էդ ամենի նկատմամբ ունեցած վերաբերմունքի մասին։ Էս նույնն ա, որ հիմնը հնչի չկանգնես, կամ դրոշը բարձրանա` երեսդ շրջես։
 
Ի դեպ` սրա նման մի բան էլ 2019-ի ամանորին արեցին , երբ հրապարակում 12-ին հիմնը չհնչեց։ Սրանք դրվագներ են, որոնք փաստում են պետականության չգոյության մասին, մարդկանց հոգեբանորեն սթրեսի են ենթարկում, ու ասեմ` գիտակցված։
 
Եկեք մտովի պատկերացնենք, թե ինչ կաներ նույն նիկոլոսը, եթե ասենք երջանկահիշատակ Գալուստ Գրիգորիչը կամ Շարմազանովը նման բան անեին ԱԺ նստաշրջանի փակմանը, կամ նախագահ Սարգսյանը ուղերձ հղեր` հիմնը չհնչեր։ Մի ամբողջ տարի կոռնար, ինչ ասես կասեր, բոլորին ազգի թշնամի կսարքեր։ Բայց էսօր, ազգը նայում ա, ծափ տալի ու նոր տարվան պատրաստվում։
