Ամառային զորակոչի ընթացքում գործելու է քաղաքացիների դիմումների և բողոքների քննարկման հանձնաժողով

ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի հրամանով ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարին կից հասարակական խորհրդի հովանու ներքո ստեղծվել է 2018թ. ամառային զորակոչի ընթացքում քաղաքացիների դիմումների և բողոքների քննարկման հանձնաժողով: Հանձնաժողովի նախագահ է նշանակվել պաշտպանության նախարարի խորհրդական Գեղամ Հարությունյանը:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, հանձնաժողովի նիստերը կանցկացվեն Մոսկովյան 5 հասցեում գտնվող հասարակական խորհրդի աշխատավայրում, ժամը 10:00-ից: Առաջին նիստը կկայանա ս.թ. հունիսի 26-ին` երեքշաբթի, հաջորդ նիստերը` երկուշաբթի և հինգշաբթի օրերին:

Դիմում-բողոքներն ընդունվում են շաբաթվա բոլոր աշխատանքային օրերին:

Հանձնաժողովի նիստերը բաց են լրատվամիջոցների համար, դիմում-բողոքները քննարկվում են զորակոչիկների ու նրանց հարազատների մասնակցությամբ:

Զորակոչերի ընթացքում ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարին կից հասարակական խորհրդի հովանու ներքո գործող դիմումների և բողոքների քննարկման հանձնաժողովը կարևոր մասնակցություն է ունենում զորակոչի գործընթացում արդարության և օրինականության ապահովման գործում` քաղաքացիներին ընձեռեռելով իրենց հուզող հարցերի լուծմանը հետամուտ լինելու գործուն հնարավորություն: 2009 թվականի աշնանային զորակոչից մինչև այժմ հանձնաժողովն ստացել է 2648 դիմում-բողոք` առավելապես զորակոչիկների առողջական վիճակի հետազոտման և գնահատման հարցերի կապակցությամբ: Դրանց ուսումնասիրման արդյունքում զորակոչային մարմիններին ներկայացվել է 1709 միջնորդագիր, որի շնորհիվ վերանայվել է զինծառայության պիտանիության մասին 537 եզրակացություն` զորակոչիկներին տրվել են տարկետումներ բուժման նպատակով, իսկ ոմանք ճանաչվել են զինծառայությանը ոչ պիտանի:
