POLITICSՎերջին օրերին ակտիվորեն քննարկվում էր տեղեկատվությունը, որ կապի և հեռահաղորդակցության ծառայություններ մատուցող «Յուքոմ» ընկերությունը հնարավոր է ամբողջությամբ գնի հայաստանյան «Բիլայն» ընկերության բաժնետոմսերը։
Այս տեղեկությունը արդեն իսկ պաշտոնապես հաստատել են թե՛ «Յուքոմ» ընկերությունը, թե՛ «ՎԵՈՆ Արմենիա» ընկերությունը, որին պատկանում է «Բիլայն» ապրանքանիշը:
Ի դեպ, տարիներ շարունակ ոլորտի փորձագետները նշում էին, որ ֆինանսական խնդիրների արդյունքում հայաստանյան այս շուկայում հնարավոր են խոշորացումներ: «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, վերոնշյալ հավանական գործարքի գլխավոր պատճառը «Բիլայնի» ֆինանսական խնդիրներն են:
Վերջին մի քանի տարիներին այս ընկերությունը բավականին բարդ կացության առջև է կանգնել:
Ի դեպ, ԱԺ-կառավարություն հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ այս մասին ակնարկեց նաև ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանը՝ մասնավորաբար նշելով, որ 2018 թվականը «ՎԵՈՆ Արմենիան» («Բիլայն») փակել է 9,5 մլրդ դրամի վնասով: Ըստ այդմ, հնարավոր է, որ բաժնետոմսերի վաճառքը «Բիլայնի» համար լավագույն լուծումն է սնանկացումից խուսափելու համար:
