«Փաստ» թերթի արցախյան աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, ԱՀ իշխանությունները նախատեսում են դեկտեմբերին սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների հանրաքվե անցկացնել։ Տեղեկությունների համաձայն, առանցքային փոփոխության ենթակա հարցերից մեկը վերաբերում է նախագահի ընտրության կարգին։ Հավելենք, որ հանրաքվեի անցկացումից հետո՝ արդեն հաջորդ տարի, նախատեսվում է անցկացնել նախագահական ընտրություններ։ Թերթի աղբյուրը փոխանցում է, որ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը հանրաքվեից հետո ոչ միայն հեռանալու է նախագահի պաշտոնից, այլև հայտարարելու է, որ պատրաստվում է քաղաքականությունից հեռանալ, ինչի մասին ոչ մեկ անգամ խոսել է իր նեղ շրջապատում։ Ներկայումս Արցախում առանձնակի քաղաքական ակտիվություն չի նկատվում, բայց ակնհայտ է, որ արդեն շուտով ներքաղաքական իրադարձությունները կաշխուժանան։ Նոր նախագահի թեկնածության շուրջ դեռևս կոնսենսուս չկա, այս պահին քննարկումներ էլ չեն ընթանում. ամենայն հավանականությամբ, դրանք կսկսվեն արդեն հաջորդ տարեսկզբին։
