«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Ուղիղ չորս ամիս է` քաղաքացիները և լրատվամիջոցները ահազանգում են Բաղրամյան պողոտայում գտնվող «Շառլոտ Կաբարե» գիշերային ակումբի գործունեության վերաբերյալ, որը կոպորեն խախտում է Երևանի ավագանու 2020 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 12-ի թիվ 188-Ն որոշումը, որով սահմանափակման ենթակա ծառայության օբյեկտները Երևան համայնքի վարչական տարածքում կարող են գտնվել բնակելի շենք-շինություններից, կրթական հաստատություններից, օտարերկրյա պետությունների ներկայացուցչություններից նվազագույնը 100 մետր հեռավորության վրա:
Սակայն, ի մասնավորի, խնդրի լուծմանը լիազորված քաղաքաշինության, տեխնիկական և հրդեհային անվտանգության տեսչական մարմինը և նրա ղեկավար Գարեգին Խաչատրյանը, բազմիցս արծարծված այս հարցին ամիսներ շարունակ քաջատեղյակ լինելով, անհաղորդ են մնում և դրսևորում առնվազն տարօրինակ անտաբերություն: Ինչի՞ մասին է վկայում այս ամենը, իրավիճակին լիարժեքորեն չտիրապետելո՞ւ, թե՞ որոշակի անձնական հետաքրքրվածության, ուրիշ ինչպիսի՞ շարժառիթ կարող է լինել անընդհատ քննարկվող այս թեմայի նկատմամբ նմանատիպ անտարբերությունը:
