Հնդկաստանը ձգտում է ուժեղացնել տեղական արտադրողին` արևային վահանակների ներմուծման սահմանափակումները վերականգնելու ճանապարհով։
«Բլունբերգ» գործակալության տվյալներով՝ Հնդկաստանն ապրիլի 1-ից վերսկսել է արևային սարքավորումների ներմուծման սահմանափակումները։ Գրեթե մեկ տարի այդ սահմանափակումները չեն գործել՝ երկրում արևային վահանակների թիվը կտրուկ ավելացնելու նպատակով, միևնույն ժամանակ, այդ քաղաքականությունը հարուցել է տեղական արտադրողների դժգոհությունը, որոնք բողոքում էին արտերկրից՝ հատկապես Չինաստանից, ավելի էժան ներմուծումների դեմ։
Վարչապետ Նարենդրա Մոդին խոստացել էր վերականգնել սահմանափակումները՝ հնարավորություն տալով տեղական արտադրողներին զարգացնել իրենց բիզնեսը։
Եվ այժմ, արևային էներգիայի սարքավորումների ներմուծման համար հարկերը մի քանի անգամ բարձրացել են։ Հնդկաստանը ժամանակավոր էր թուլացրել, երբ իշխանությունը հասկացել էր, որ ներքին հզորությունը չի կարող բավարարել պահանջարկը։ Այժմ չինացի և վիետնամցի արտադրողները լրացուցիչ խնդիրների առջև են կանգնելու, իսկ Հնդկաստանը սեփական հզորությունն է ստեղծել ոչ միայն նոր գործարաններ կառուցելով, այլ նաև համապատասխան նյութերն արդյունահանելու հնարավորություն մշակելով։
