Տարին դեռ նոր է սկսում, բայց թշնամական պետության պարագլուխը արդեն հայտնել է Հայաստանի նկատմամբ իր հեռագնա հավակնությունների մասին, վերահաստատելով, որ ինքը պատրաստ չի բավարարվել Արցախի բռնազավթմամբ,
և իր հաջորդ թիրախը հայկական Սյունիքն է, իսկ ավելի լայն հեռանկարում՝ Երևանը և ամբողջ Հայաստանը։
Նախկինում ես ֆեյսբուքյան գրառում կանեի այդ առիթով, կոշտ պատասխան տալով թշնամու պարագլխին, բայց անցած տարիները բերել են ինձ այն համոզման, որ դա այլևս անօգուտ է, և մինչև մենք այստեղ խոսում ենք, թշնամին հետևողական գործում է, և սեղմում է մեր երկրի շուրջ պաշարման օղակը։ Ուստի թշնամու խոսքին և գործին կարելի է պատասխանել միայն մեր գործով՝ ամեն օր պատրաստվելով նրա հետ հերթական բախմանը, և ամեն օր պատրաստվելով այդ բախումներից ի վերջո հաղթանակով դուրս գալուն, քանի որ այլապես վտանգված է լինելու մեզանից յուրաքանչյուրի գոյությունը։
Այդ տրամաբանության երկու օր առաջ մեր "Արար" հիմնադրամը "Արշակունի" ռազմամարզական կառույցի մեր գործընկերների հետ միասին Վայոց ձորում գործարկեցինք մարզում առաջին դրոնների տեխնոլոգիական լաբորատորիան։ Գաղափարից մինչև գործարկում տևել է տառացիորեն երկու ամիս, և մենք արդեն այստեղ կարևոր կարողություն ենք ձևավորում՝ ուսուցանելու մարզի մեր երիտասարդներին, նրանցից մարտական դրոնների հմուտ օպերատորներ և տեխնիկներ պատրաստելու նպատակով։
Սա այս ուղղությամբ առաջին համեստ քայլերից է, բայց ապագայում մենք հետևողականորեն աշխատելու ենք՝ ընդլայնելու մեր տեխնոլոգիական կարողությունները, և պատրաստ լինելու կոշտ հակահարված հասցնել մեր երկրի և ազատության դեմ ցանկացած ոտնձգությոան։ Այս օրինակը նաև ցույց է տալիս, որ մեզնից յուրաքանչյուրը այսօր շատ ավելին կարող է անել՝ մեր երկիրը անառիկ ամրոց դարձնելու համար՝ եթե դնենք հստակ նպատակներ, համախմբվենք դրանց շուրջը, և աշխատենք միասին դրանք իրականություն դարձնելու համար։ Մինչ այդ, շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում "Արար" հիմնադրամի և "Արշակունի" ՀԿ մեր բոլոր գործընկերներին, որոնց գերազանց համագործակցության արդյունքում այս ծրագիրն արդեն իրականություն դարձավ։
