Սպանության կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել է 34-ամյա տղամարդ
SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ Արաբկիրի վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում քննություն է տարվում՝ պարզելու 34-ամյա տղամարդու սպանության հանգամանքները: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, սպանություն կատարելու կասկածանքով մեկ անձ ձերբակալվել է:
2018թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ին՝ ժամը 19:00-ի սահմաններում, Երևան քաղաքի Հ.Էմին փողոցի տներից մեկի բակից «Արմենիա» ՀԲԿ է տեղափոխվել 1984թ. ծնված Ս.Բարսեղյանը՝ կտրած-ծակած վնասվածքներով, ով վիրահատության ընթացքում մահացել է:
Փաստի առթիվ ԵՔՔՎ Արաբկիրի վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: 34-ամյա տղամարդը ճանաչվել է տուժող:
Կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որի ժամանակ հայտնաբերվել են արնանման հետքեր, վերցվել նմուշներ: Բժշկական կենտրոնից առգրավվել են տուժողի հագին դեպքի պահին եղած հագուստները, որոնց վրա առկա են եղել արնանման հետքեր և կտրած-ծակած, պատռված հատվածներ: Զննվել է տուժողի կողմից շահագործվող տրանսպորտային միջոցը, հարցաքննվել են վկաներ: Նախաքննության ընթացքում ստացվել են Ս.Բարսեղյանի ձեռքերի, եղունգների և մատնադրոշմների նմուշները:
Ձեռնարկված անհետաձգելի քննչական և օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել են սպանության դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ, շարժառիթը, ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով հանդիսանում է Երևան քաղաքի բնակիչ՝ ծնված 1982 թվականին: Վերջինս ձերբակալվել է՝ Ս.Բարսեղյանին սպանելու կասկածանքով, և հարցաքննվել դեպքի շուրջ:
Նախնական տվյալներով՝ դեպքի օրը տեղի է ունեցել վիճաբանություն տուժող Ս.Բարսեղյանի և ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի միջև, ինչը վերաճել է ծեծկռտուքի: Վերջինիս մասնակցությամբ կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, ստացվել են ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ձեռքերի եղունգների և արյան նմուշները:
Քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքներ պարզելու նպատակով նշանակվել են դիակի դատաբժշկական, դատաբժշկական, դատակենսաբանական և դատահետքաբանական փորձաքննություններ: Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ՝ ցուցմունքներում նշված հանգամանքները ստուգելու ուղղությամբ:
Քննիչը միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել դատարան՝ խուզարկություններ կատարելու համար, ինչը բավարարվել է:
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ սպանության բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու, դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի հետազոտումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ։
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
