Այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 16-ին, դաժան ու ողբերգական ավտովթար է տեղի ունեցել Շիրակի մարզում: Ժամը 01:20-ի սահմաններում Գյումրու բնակիչ, 54-ամյա Արիստակես Քոչարյանը իր վարած Opel Astra մակնիշի 34 ԼV 722 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայով Գյումրի քաղաքի Բուլվարային թաղամասում՝ «ԱՐԳՈ» խանութ-սրահի մոտ, դուրս է եկել ճանապարհի երթևեկելի գոտուց և բախվել ոչ բնակելի տան պարսպին:
Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վթարի հետևանքով վարորդ Ա. Քոչարյանն ու նրա ուղևոր, 46-ամյա Ժաննա Քոչարյանը տեղում մահացել են, իսկ մյուս ուղևորներ, 22-ամյա Տաթևիկ և 21-ամյա Արևիկ Քոչարյանները տեղափոխվել են Գյումրու բժշկական կենտրոն, իսկ 20-ամյա Լուսինե և 11-ամյա Միշա Քոչարյանները տեղափոխվել են Գյումրիի Ավստրիական մանկական հիվանդանոց:
