Սոլիկամսկում հանքահորի ծխահարման հետևանքով 9 մարդ է զոհվել

ՌԴ Պերմի մարզի Սոլիկամսկ քաղաքում «Ուրալկալիյ» ընկերության հանքահորում դեկտեմբերի 22-ին, Երևանի ժամանակով ժամը 11։04-ին տեղի է ունեցել ծխահարում։ Հանքահորում աշխատել է 17 մարդ, որոնցից 8-ը դուրս են եկել և չեն տուժել, իսկ 9-ն արգելափակվել են և զոհվել։ Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ վկայակոչելով ՏԱՍՍ-ը։ Արտակարգ դեպքի տեղում օպերատիվ շտաբը գլխավորել է Պերմի երկրամասի նախանգապետ Մաքսիմ Ռեշետնիկովը։
ՌԴ ԱԻՆ-ը հերքել է տեղեկությունը, թե հանքում մեթանի պայթյուն է տեղի ունեցել։ «Ուրալկալիյ»-ի ներկայացութիչը հստակեցրել է, որ ծխահարումն ու հրդեհը կապված են շինարարական աշխատանքների հետ, որոնք կատարվում էին հանքահորում. այրվել է մոնտաժային փրփուրը, շինարարական աղբը։ Հրդեհն առաջացել է 340 մ խորության վրա, հանքահորի խորությունը 500 մ է։
«Ռոստեխնադզոր»-ի Արևմտաուրալյան վարչության մասնագետները պետք է դեռ 2018 հոկտեմբերին անցկացնեին հանքի նոր հորի ստուգումը, որտեղ տեղի է ունեցել հրդեհը, սակայն կապալառու շինարարական ընկերությունը հետ է մնացել աշխատանքների ժամանակացույցից, և «Ուրալկալիյ»-ի խնդրանքով ստուգումը հետաձգվել է մինչև 2019 հունվար։
ՌԴ քննչական կոմիտեի Պերմի երկրամասի վարչությունը քրեական գործ է հարուցել։ Դեկտեմբերի 23-ին գործը փոխանցվել է ՌԴ քննչական կոմիտե։ Չորս մարդ ձերբակալվել է։
