«Սեդրակ Քոչարյանն ընդդեմ Արթուր Վանեցյանի» գործով դատական նիստը հետաձգվեց
SOCIETYԵրևան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի Աջափնյակի նստավայրում այսօր տեղի ունեցավ «Սեդրակ Քոչարյանն ընդդեմ Արթուր Վանեցյանի» գործով նախնական դատական նիստը։
Հայցվոր կողմի` Սեդրակ Քոչարյանի շահերի ներկայացուցիչն է Անի Ալավերդյանը, իսկ պատասխանող կողմի` Արթուր Վանեցյանի ներկայացուցիչն է Վահագն Գրիգորյանը:
Կողմերը հաշտության չգնացին, Արթուր Վանեցյանի ներկայացուցիչը նշեց, որ քրեական գործը որևէ մեկի դեմ ուղղված չէ: «Ես ուզում էի ճշտել՝ պարոն Սեդրակ Քոչարյանը Կոնգրեսի սեփականատերն է, թե ոչ»,-հարցրեց նա, իսկ հայցվող կողմը դրական պատասխան տվեց:
«Դուք նշում եք, թե չգիտեք, թե ով է կոնկրետ հյուրանոցի սեփականատերը, նույն հաջողությամբ կարող եմ հազար հոգի բերել, որ կասեն՝ գիտեն: Եթե պատասխանող կողմը հայտարարություն է արել առանց իմանալու, թե ով է սեփականատեր, փաստորեն անպատասխանատու հայտարարություններ են եղել»,-ասաց Անի Ալավերդյանը:
Վահագն Գրիգորյանն ասաց, որ ոչ թե պատասխանողը պետք է ապացուցի, թե ում է նկատի ունեցել, այլ հայցվոր կողմը պետք է ապացույցներ ներկայացնի:
Նիստը հետաձգվեց, սակայն չնշվեց, թե երբ է լինելու հաջորդ նիստը:
Հիշեցնենք՝ ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահի որդին՝ Սեդրակ Քոչարյանը, հայց է ներկայացրել ԱԱԾ տնօրեն Արթուր Վանեցյանի դեմ՝ պահանջելով «փոխհատուցել զրպարտության դիմաց և հրապարակայնորեն հերքել» 2018 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 11-ին մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ Վանեցյանի հայտնած այն միտքը, թե «Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը, 6 միլիոն դոլար կաշառք պահանջելով, դարձել է «Կոնգրես» հյուրանոցի բաժնետեր»:
