Վրաստանում կալանել են երկու քրեական հեղինակության
Վրաստանում կալանել են երկու քրեական հեղինակության եւ նրանց օգնությանը դիմած գործարարի։ Այս մասին ճեպազրույցում ասել է ներքին գործերի փոխնախարար Վլադիմիր Բորցվաձեն, տեղեկացնում է «Նովոստի-Գրուզիան»։
Կալանվածները 49-ամյա Բ.Տ.-ն, 55-ամյա Գ.Մ.-ն եւ 60-ամյա Ռ.Գ.-ն են։ Բոլոր երեքն էլ նախկինում դատված են եղել տարբեր ծանրության հանցանքներ կատարելու համար։ Բ.Տ.-ն եւ Գ.Մ.-ն քրեական հեղինակություններ են եւ մեղադրվում են գողական աշխարհին պատկանելու մեջ։ Մինչդեռ Ռ.Գ.-ն Վրաստանում աշխատող մասնավոր ընկերության բաժնետեր է, նա մեղադրվում է «օրենքով գողերին» դիմելու համար։
Քննությունը պարզել է, որ բիզնես-գործընկերոջ՝ մասնավոր ընկերության տնօրենի հետ վեճը լուծելու համար ընկերությունում բաժնեմաս ունեցողը դիմել է իր երկու ծանոթներին։ Նա նրանց խնդրել է կարգավորել կոնֆլիկտը հօգուտ իրեն՝ օգտագործելով քրեական ազդեցությունը։
Նշված անձինք հանդիպել են Ռ.Գ.-ի գործընկերոջ հետ։ Նրանք ընկերության տնօրենին ներկայացել են որպես հայտնի «օրենքով գող», «Գլեխովիչ» մականունով Զաալ Մախարոբլիձեի ներկայացուցիչներ, որը հիմա ապրում է արտասահմանում։ Նրանք տղամարդուց պահանջել են իրենց ծանոթին զիջել ընկերության զգալի մասը։
Վեճի լուծումը բիզնես-գործընկերների միջեւ շարունակվել է «օրենքով գողի» հետ հեռախոսազրույցի օգնությամբ։ Արդյունքում՝ Մախարոբլիձեն վեճը լուծել է հօգուտ Ռ.Գ.-ի։
Վրաստանի ՆԳՆ քրեական ոստիկանության եւ գլխավոր դատախազության աշխատակիցները երեքին էլ կալանավորել են մարտի 23-ի դատական որոշման հիման վրա։
Նրանց բնակարանների խուզարկության ժամանակ որպես իրեղեն ապացույց ոստիկաններն առգրավել են ԱԿ-74 ավտոմատ եւ «Արալ» ատրճանակ, ինչպես նաեւ 21 փամփուշտ, բջջային հեռախոսներ, որոնց օգնությամբ կալանվածները հաղորդակցվել են միմյանց եւ արտասահմանում ապրող այսպես կոչված գողականի հետ։
Քննությունը վարվում է «անդամություն գողական աշխարհին» հոդվածով եւ «օրենքով գողին դիմելու» փաստով։ Կալանվածներին սպասվում է 3-10 տարվա ազատազրկում։
