SOCIETYՄանվել Գրիգորյանի պաշտպանական խումբը ծանոթացել է Կառավարության կողմից ՄԻԵԴ ուղարկված դիրքորոշմանը եւ դրա վերաբերյալ իր պատասխան դիրքորոշումն ուղարկել ՄԻԵԴ: Այս մասին «Փաստինֆո»-ին տեղեկացրեց Գրիգորյանի պաշտպան Լեւոն Բաղդասարյանը.
«Մենք հայտնել ենք մեր դիրքորոշումը, պնդել, որ վերջինիս նկատմամբ տեղի է ունեցել խոշտանգում եւ դաժան վերաբերմունք»:
Ի պատասխան այն հարցին, թե Կառավարության դիրքորոշումն ինչպիսին էր, պաշտպանն ասաց. «Կառավարության դիրքորոշումը փաստում էր Գրիգորյանի մոտ առկա հիվանդությունների ծանրությունը, բայց միեւնույն ժամանակ` նշում, որ պետությունն իր պարտականությունները որպես այդպիսին կատարել է»:
Հիշեցնենք, որ 2019 թվականի մարտի 12-ին Մանվել Գրիգորյանի փաստաբանը, դիմելով Եվրոպական դատարան, խնդրել էր, որ վերջինս, Դատարանի կանոնակարգի 39-րդ կանոնի համաձայն, միջանկյալ միջոց ձեռնարկի` պարտավորեցնելով ՀՀ իշխանություններին Մանվել Գրիգորյանին անհապաղ տեղափոխել քաղաքացիական հիվանդանոց՝ համապատասխան բժիշկ մասնագետների հսկողության տակ, ինչպես նաև վերջինիս անհապաղ տեղափոխել Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետությունում գտնվող իր կողմից մատնանշված բուժհաստատություն՝ հետագա ստուգման և բուժման նպատակով:
Մարտի 22-ին Եվրոպական դատարանը որոշում էր կայացրել հետաձգել միջանկյալ միջոց ձեռնարկելու հարցի քննությունը՝ պահանջելով ՀՀ կառավարությունից մինչև սույն թվականի ապրիլի 3-ը ներկայացնել համապատասխան տեղեկատվություն: Կառավարության պատասխանն ուղարկվել էր ապրիլի 3-ին:
Պաշտպանական կողմին տրվել էր եռօրյա ժամկետ` դրան ծանոթանալու եւ պատասխան դիրքորոշում ուղարկելու համար:
