ԱԿԲԱ-ԿՐԵԴԻՏ ԱԳՐԻԿՈԼ Բանկը մարդկային ռեսուրսների կառավարման «HR-TECH 2019» համաժողովի շրջանակում իրականացված մրցույթի արդյունքում հաղթող է ճանաչվել «ԱՊՀ-ում տարվա լավագույն HR-թվային նախագիծ» անվանակարգում:
«Հաջողությամբ ներդնելով SAP HCM և SuccessFactors ծրագրերը, մենք տեղայնացրինք մարդկային ռեսուրսների կառավարման միջազգային լավագույն փորձը: Բանկի աշխատակիցների մասնագիտական որակների զարգացումն ու աշխատանքի արդյունավետության բարձրացումը մեզ համար մնում են առաջնահերթություն, իսկ ստացած մրցանակը խոսում է այն մասին, որ մենք շարժվում ենք ճիշտ ճանապարհով»,-նշել է Բանկի գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն Հակոբ Անդրեասյանը:
Անցյալ տարի ԱԿԲԱ-ԿՐԵԴԻՏ ԱԳՐԻԿՈԼ Բանկը կորպորատիվ լուծումների շուկայում աշխարհում առաջատար SAP ընկերության հետ մեկնարկեց թվայնացման լայնածավալ գործընթաց: Բանկի թվայնացման շրջանակում ավելի քան 1500 աշխատակցի համար նաև ստեղծվեց կառավարման միասնական թվայնացված համակարգ, ինչը նպաստում է ոչ միայն անձնակազմի աշխատանքի արդյունավետության բարձրացմանը, այլ նաև նոր
աշխատակիցների ներգրավմանն ու նրանց կարիերայի զարգացմանը:
