Գրառման մեջ, մասնավորապես, ասվում է.

«ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի հերթական նիստի ընթացքում ՀՀ ԱԺ տնտեսական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահը եւ Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարը կրկին քննարկեցին Հայ-բրիտանական գործարարության պալատի անդամ Լիդիան Արմենիայի հարցը: Ամիսներ շարունակ Լիդիան Արմենիայի գործունեությունը կասեցված է՝ վերջնական որոշման սպասումով: Լիդիան Արմենիայի խնդրի լուծման նման երկարաձգումը տնտեսապես վնասում է ո՛չ միայն ընկերությանը, այլ նաեւ պետությանն՝ ընդհանուր առմամբ:

Մենք կարեւորում ենք օրենքի ուժը, հավասար վերաբերմունքը բոլոր բիզնեսների նկատմամբ, պրոֆեսիոնալիզմը եւ արդարությունը: Ընկերությունները, որոնք գործունեություն են ծավալում զգայուն ոլորտներում, պետք է համապատասխանեն միջազգային ամենաբարձր չափանիշներին եւ տեղական օրենքներին:

Միեւնույն ժամանակ այն ընկերություններին, որոնք համապատասխանում են այդ չափանիշներին, Կառավարությունը պետք է տա որոշակի երաշխիքներ՝ ապահովելու նրանց անխափան գործունեությունը: Կոնֆլիկտների եւ խնդիրների միայն հավասարակշռված եւ պրոֆեսիոնալ լուծումը կարող է ապահովել պետության տնտեսական զարգացումը եւ բարձրացնել ներդրողների վստահությունը: Մենք հուսով ենք, որ այս խնդիրը կհանգուցալուծվի առանց հետագա  ձգձգումների»:
