Զինծառայող Վոլոդյա Գալոյանի մահվան գործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել դիրքի ավագին
SOCIETYԺամկետային զինծառայող Վ.Գալոյանի մահվան դեպքի առթիվ երկրորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ դիրքի ավագին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 358.1-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով նախատեսված հանցանք կատարելու համար, և նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը: Այս մասին հայտնում է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժինը:
Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել էինք, որ 2019թ. հուլիսի 23-ին` ժամը 22:55-ի սահմաններում, N զորամասի պահպանության տեղամասի մարտական դիրքում պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայող, շարքային Վոլոդյա Համլետի Գալոյանն ապօրինաբար մեկ ուրիշին կյանքից զրկելու՝ սպանելու ուղղակի դիտավորությամբ նշված մարտական դիրքի գետնատնակի հարակից տարածքում իրեն ամրակցված ԱԿ-74 տեսակի ինքնաձիգից կրակահերթ է արձակել մարտական դիրքի ավագի ուղղությամբ, սակայն Վ.Գալոյանի հանցագործությունն ավարտին չի հասցվել՝ վերջինիս կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներով:
Կրակահերթ արձակելուց անմիջապես հետո Վ.Գալոյանն իրեն ամրակցված ԱԿ-74 տեսակի ինքնաձիգով թողել է դիրքի տարածքը, որից հետո՝ 2019թ. հուլիսի 24-ին՝ ժամը 04:20-ի սահմաններում, մարտական դիրքի դիտակետից շուրջ 50 մետր հեռավորությամբ, հայտնաբերվել է վերջինիս դին՝ ծնոտի ստորին շրջանում հրազենային վնասվածքով, և կողքին ընկած նրա ինքնաձիգը:
Դեպքի առթիվ երկրորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին և ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 110-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասերով նախատեսված հանցագործության հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ:
