ՄԱԿ-ն նախազգուշացրել է, որ վերջերս գրանցված միջազգային ահաբեկչությունների դադարը շուտով կարող է ավարտվել, եւ տարեվերջին տեղի կունենա ահաբեկչությունների նոր ալիք, հայտնում է The Guardian-ը: 

 

ՄԱԿ Անվտանգության խորհուրդն իր զեկույցում ներկայացնում է գլոբալ իսլամական ծայրահեղական շարժման տագնապահարույց պատկեր, որը շարունակում է սպառնալիք ներկայացնել, չնայած վերջին անհաջողություններին:

 

Զեկույցի հեղինակները մտավախություն են հայտնում՝ «մարտնչելու նպատակով խալիֆաթ» մինչեւ 30 հազար արտասահմանցիների ուղեւորության հետ կապված, որոնք, հնարավոր է, դեռեւս ողջ են:

 

«Նրանց ապագա ծրագրերը կարող են միջազգային մտահոգության պատճառ լինել տեսանելի ապագայում: Նրանցից ոմանք կարող են միանալ «Ալ Քաիդային», կարող են նաեւ հայտնվել նոր ահաբեկչական կազմակերպություններ: Ոմանք կդառնան արմատականների առաջնորդները»,- նշված է զեկույցում:

 

Զեկույցը հիմնված է ՄԱԿ-ին տրամադրված անդամ երկրների հատուկ ծառայությունների տեղեկությունների վրա եւ արտացոլում է այդ երկրների անվտանգության ծառայությունների հավաքական վերլուծությունը:

 

Փաստաթղթի համաձայն՝ չնայած ԻՊ աշխարհագրական խալիֆաթը իր գոյությունը դադարեցրել է, ՄԱԿ անդամ երկրները համամիտ են մեծ թվով հիմնարար գործոնների հարցում, որոնք ծնել են «Իսլամական պետությունը», ինչը ենթադրում է, որ ԻՊ-ից եւ «Ալ Քաիդայից» բխող սպառնալիքը չի նվազել:

 

Զեկույցում նշված է, որ 2015-2016 թվականներից սկսած ծայրահեղականները հարյուրավոր մարդկանց են սպանել Ֆրանսիայում, Բելգիայում եւ Գերմանիայում, ինչը վկայում է այն մասին, որ Եվրոպայի համար սպառնալիքը շարունակում է «բարձր մնալ»:
