SOCIETYՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության պետական շահերի պաշտպանության վարչությունը ՀՀ բնապահանության և ընդերքի տեսչական մարմնից ստացել է տեղեկատվություն, որ Արմավիրի մարզի Արաքս համայնքում հայտնաբերվել է բնական ռեսուրսների ապօրինի օգտագործման դեպք:
Այս մասին հայտնեցին ՀՀ դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից:
Մասնավորապես, ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության պետական շահերի պաշտպանության վարչության կողմից կատարված ուսումնասիրությամբ պարզվել է, որ Արմավիրի մարզի Արաքս համայնքում իրականացված հողային զանգվածի քանդման աշխատանքների հետևանքով տեղի է ունեցել հողի դեգրադացիա՝ բնությանը պատճառելով 1.188.834 ՀՀ դրամի վնաս:
Նկատի ունենալով, որ արձանագրված խախտումներն առերևույթ պարունակում են հանցագործության հատկանիշներ՝ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության պետական շահերի պաշտպանության վարչությունում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 290-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով նախատեսված հանցագործության հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ:
