Վրաստանում ավտովթարից տուժած ՀՀ քաղաքացիների բուժօգնության պարտքերը կվճարի կառավարությունը
INTERNATIONAL NEWS2019 թ. հունիսի 7-ին Թբիլիսի-Բաթումի ավտոճանապարհին վթարի ենթարկված Mercedes A160 մակնիշի 51TA100 պետհամարանիշով ավտոմեքենայի հինգ ուղևորների՝ Վրաստանի բուժհաստատություներում բուժօգնություն ստացած ՀՀ քաղաքացիների ֆինանսական պարտավորությունները կփոխհատուցի ՀՀ կառավարությունը:
Ինչպես փոխանցում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այդ մասին որոշման նախագիծն ընդգրկված է կառավարության օգոստոսի 29-ի նիստի օրակարգում:
Վթարի հետևանքով զոհվել էր ՀՀ երեք քաղաքացի զոհվել են, հինգը ստացել էին տարբեր աստիճանի մարմնական վնասվածքներ:
Ըստ նախագծի հիմնավորման, Վրաստանի բուժհաստատություններում տուժածներին ցուցաբերված օգնության համար գոյացել են պարտքեր:

Ռաֆայել Մաթևոսյան /31.12.2006/ - 450 լարի:
Ընդհանուր պարտքը՝ 16837,92 լարի, կամ մոտ 6000 ԱՄՆ դոլար:
«Քանի որ վերը նշված հիվանդները հետագա բուժումը Հայաստանում ստանալու նպատակով առանց վճարումների են դուրս գրվել Վրաստանի բուժհաստատություններից, նրանց ֆինանսական պարտավորությունների կատարումը երաշխավորել է ՀՀ դեսպանությունը:
Որոշմամբ հատկացված գումարը տրամադրվելու է Վրաստանում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դեսպանությանը` Վրաստանի բուժհաստատություններում տուժածներին ցուցաբերված օգնության համար գոյացած պարտքերը փոխհատուցելու նպատակով»,- ասված է հիմնավորման մեջ:
